Daniel Alvarez, better known as Dubpoet or Suferdesign, is a Colombian-born DJ and graphic designer currently based in Montreal.
As a DJ, his unique blend of styles reflects his passion for discovering new music and pushing the boundaries of electronic music. His sets are characterised by a sense of spontaneity and improvisation, with a focus on creating a unique and immersive experience for his audience. Whether he's playing a peak-time set at a major club or an intimate afterparty, his energy never fails to captivate his listeners.
In addition to his work as a DJ, he's also an accomplished graphic designer, bringing his creative talents to bear in a range of projects, from event posters and flyers to album artwork and digital designs. the millennium. Through his WARPED nights, he laid the foundation for an
exceptionally credible dance music scene. WARPED has transformed into
exclusive gatherings and a monthly radio show called 'Warped After Hours'
on Ibiza Global Radio, featuring emerging talents from the Middle East and
India alongside Adam's unparalleled music curation.

During his youth he listened to mostly classic Hip-Hop (1997 - 2002), afterwards began to frequent the Romanian Space Club and UK Fabric. The major call for electronic music in terms of DJing and Music Production came at the age of 30, in 2012 when he first attended a DJing course followed by a Production one at Subbass Academy in London. One year later, CK won 3 DJ competitions in a row: EDC London, Movida Corona UK & Amnesia Ibiza DJ Challenge and also had his first EP released - Back from SubBass. He release music on various labels, including Tonic D Records and owns the podcast platform called DEEP MVMT.
