The Same – Und So Weiter ist ein hervorragendes Album, das aus dem Rahmen fällt. Intelligente Musik, die auf mehr als einer Ebene herausfordert. Stilistisch ist das Album schwer einzusortieren, vielleicht Alternative-Elektro? Ich bin mir nicht sicher. Es ist ein Album, das sich an diejenigen richtet, die von Musik auch mal mehr erwarten. The Same liefern Stoff zum Nachdenken und haben keine Angst davor, sich weit abseits des Mainstreams zu positionieren. Sie legen es auf die Kontroverse an, die einige überfordern wird.
Das erste Hören des Albums hat bei mir mehr Fragen offen gelassen als beantwortet. Was will mir die Band sagen? Ist das Dadaismus oder steckt da mehr drin? Das hat mir keine Ruhe gelassen und irgendwann habe ich eine Antwort für mich gefunden. Der Weg dahin war aber nicht ganz einfach. Es hilft auch nicht, wenn ich Dir sage, was ich glaube entdeckt zu haben, weil genau das der Kern des Albums ist. Du musst es selbst herausfinden. Die Texte von Kai Pohl machen es Dir nicht einfach.
Basierend auf dem Buch Solanum Nigrum Antichoc ist Und So Weiter ein Album für den Kopf. Die Texte lösen Fragen aus, provozieren und sind sperrig. Dass die Melodien im starken Kontrast dazu stehen und manchmal bewusst einfach gehalten sind, macht die Sache nicht einfacher. Aber gerade dadurch, durch diese Herausforderung, wird das Album spannend. Es  übt eine ähnliche Anziehung aus wie der halbfertige Zauberwürfel im Regal.

Nicht ohne Verbeugung vor Martin Rev und Alan Vega (RIP), den Magiern der Band SUICIDE, legen wir unsere neue CD ELECTRIC LULLABIES vor. 
Unser "suicidaler" Umgang mit Popstrukturen und Rockfragmenten, getrieben von elektronischem Seitenwind, ist letztlich dem Groove und dem Entertainment, sogar der puren Lebensfreude verpflichtet. Die sich oft dunkel gibt und langsam daherkommt, weil sie from the dark side of our souls rührt und sie diese Herkunft nicht vergessen will. Derart dialektisch vertäut sind unsere Texte in hohem Deutsch und tiefem Englisch gehalten, eher breite Offerten und Leitplanken als ausgeschilderte Wanderwege.
"My true I does not know my name ..." - so beginnt nicht zufällig der erste Track unserer CD. Eine Suche, manchmal ein Finden. Spieler, Dancer, Lebensgeile und andere Abhängige sind herzlich willkommen.
!THE SAME sind der halbfertige Zauberwürfel in deinem Regal. 
Das Ding, das zu Ende gedacht werden will.
