Pinx - Joy

This is the story of the night where all the breaking happened. This song is seeing, feeling what I said, I did in her perspective. 

Before we broke up March this year, we had a major break up last, last year because of this event. 

She and her dad were not in talking terms because her family wanted her to go with them in New Zealand. 
And she decided to stay.
For me.

And then one night I said "5 years, 10 years from now, I see you in another family, happier because I can't give you the kind of lifestyle
you deserve. We're just too different." 
My intention was not to break up with her. It was my insecurity and immatureness talking. I was under a lot of pressure that I might not give her the life she deserves. And I was scared that in the long run she might realize that and "unlove" me and walk away. 

After all the shit I've done. she stayed but that was the last straw for her.

I hope I give her justice with this song.

I realized whenever I write songs about the past, its full of heartache and pain and guilt and regret. I've had enough pain and I don't want other people to experience that. So I wrote something about the future I'm hoping for. There's something good and there's someone better out there for you.
