connected welcomes back label regular Da Mike for a fresh new tune featuring American vocalist Biishop with remixes from David Mayer and Kintar.

Da Mike is one of Greece's finest electronic exports and someone who can do all forms of House Music. 

His decade-long journey has taken him to Saved, MoBlack and King Street where his emotive and pulsing grooves continue to stand out.
His captivating new track 'Left My Body' started in the Greek countryside in the second lockdown.
It has a machine-like drum and synth rhythm with flashes of melancholic melody that cast a dreamy spell. The striking vocal from Biishop describes an out-of-body experience in powerful fashion before a poignant breakdown resets the mood and the tune rolls once more.

After some time away, David Mayer is back on this label with one of his trademark remixes. He takes the tune deep, stripping it back and allowing the bassline room to breathe. All in all, it's a track that has
an excellently alluring effect. 

Last up is Argentina's Kintar who has an ever-growing production and
remix profile on labels like Sudam Recordings, MoBlack and Monaberry as well as this one. Here he adds some extra thump to the bottom end while tweaking the arrangement but allowing the original vocal to retain its hovering glory.

Originally released in 1995 as part of the Icelandic artist’s landmark album Post, the track quickly became one of her most recognizable works, praised for its industrial edge and powerful vocal delivery. Nearly three decades later, ‘Army Of Me’ continues to resonate with audiences worldwide, making it a natural choice for reinterpretation on today’s progressive stage.

Argentinean DJ and producer Emi Galvan has consistently defied expectations throughout his much-lauded decade-long career. Through the success of early tracks like 2016's ‘Taking Over’ and ‘Universe’, the Buenos Aires resident emerged into one of the progressive scene’s most promising talents. A rich musical background with time spent in rock bands playing guitar and singing gave Emi’s electronic compositions a measurable creative edge. This elusive sound did not go unnoticed as he quickly earned the praise of genre tastemakers Cid Inc, Eelke Kleijn, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren; while landing career-defining releases via Balance, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden. For the first single from a 6-track EP from Montreal's Clarian (who is also one half of Footprintz), the Canadian reached well beyond the border to collaborate with Tel Aviv-born, Madrid-based producer Guy Gerber on "Claire." Gerber has been a major player on Israel's electronic scene since 2006, running his own Supplemental Facts label and infusing traces of minimal techno, tech house, downtempo and deep house in his productions, while remaining singular in his approach. Clarian's vocal contributions were at the heart of Gerber's progressive house-leaning Fabric mix from last year, which joined the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and Omar-S of artists that turned in single-artist mixes to the series. "Claire" starts amid a queasy vocal snippet (with Clarian's French whisper lodged in at the midpoint) and threatens to go darker and deeper. But a steady handclap and glimmering melodic line uplifts and casts light across this seven-minute track.
