[1:08:23] - The 2023 Draft Spotlight gets turned on to feature a potential 1st round pick in the next NHL Draft. His name is Matthew Wood and he's a forward with the Victoria Grizzlies who will play for the UConn Huskies...but when?

[1:27:42] - Andrew Peard was the radio voice of TSN's coverage of the 2022 World Junior Championship and he provides a recap of Canada's gold medal performance and more.

[11:40] - The Victoria Royals are up first with General Manager and head coach Dan Price sharing his thoughts on his team as camp begins.

[32:24] - Next team to preview are the Prince George Cougars with help from General Manager and head coach Mark Lamb.

[47:55] - The General Manager of the Vancouver Giants is Barclay Parneta and he is the guest in this segment to preview the team ahead of the coming season.

[1:06:26] - The Kelowna Rockets are looking to improve on their 5th place finish last year in the western conference. Head Coach Kris Mallette shares his perspective on his team as camp opens this weekend.

[1:27:39] - Last but not least, the 2023 Memorial Cup host Kamloops Blazers complete the B.C. Division preview this week with the help of GM and head coach Shaun Clouston.

[1:52:03] - Guy wraps up the episode for the week and announces which division will be previewed next week.

[34:30] - The Regina Pats are in the spotlight next with John Paddock, the GM and head coach of the team with the planet's most talented 17-year-old on it.

[52:30] - From Regina it's to cross province rival Saskatoon as Blades General Manager Colin Priestner pulls back the curtain on his team.

[1:19:23] - The re-branding is complete and now the new-look Moose Jaw Warriors are ready to take flight on what promises to be a big year. Head Coach Mark O'Leary is my guest. 

[1:38:36] - The Prince Albert Raiders have a new head coach in Jeff Truitt who is on the show this week to preview the coming year for his club.

[1:58:37] - The Winnipeg ICE were the top team in the WHL last regular season but can they be even better than that this year or will they take a step back? Mike Sawatzky from the Winnipeg Free Press isn't sold.

[32:59] - Peter Anholt is the general manager of the Lethbridge Hurricanes and he's our guide to the team heading into the season. 

[50:52] - The Edmonton Oil Kings begin the defence of their WHL title but hardly look like the team they were a year ago. GM Kirt Hill talks about the new roster and more. 

[1:11:04] - The next stop on our tour through the Central division is Calgary with the GM of the Hitmen, Jeff Chynoweth.

[1:27:30] - The Medicine Hat Tigers finished dead last a season ago so what will head coach and GM Willie Desjardins expect from his team this year?

[1:43:17] - Last but not least, the Red Deer Rebels might be the odds on favourite for the division crown. Steve Konowalchuk is the head coach and my guest to talk about the team.

[30:12] - Bill La Forge is the General Manager of the Seattle Thunderbirds who reached the WHL final last year but will try to win it all this time around. 

[48:03] - The Tri-City Americans are still building and growing towards being contenders as General Manager Bob Tory explains to fans.

[1:07:49] - The always competitive Everett Silvertips are back in the mix again this year. GM Dennis Williams previews his team for 2022-23.

[1:29:44] - You can never forget about the Portland Winterhawks. Their rebranding is now complete but the more things change, the more they stay the same. GM Mike Johnston is my guest.

[1:49:28] - Lastly in the spotlight, it's the Spokane Chiefs and their new General Manager, Matt Bardsley.

[18:02] - I'm not sure if any CHL team was affected more by the NCAA rule change than the Victoria Royals. General Manager Jake Heisinger previews this year's team and discusses navigating the new landscape of junior hockey moving forward. 

[50:00] - In contrast to Victoria, the Saskatoon Blades lost very little from last spring and in fact, they've added to the roster that was in contention for a division title. GM Colin Priestner looks closer at his club and share insight on the team for Blades fans. 

[1:25:36] - Plenty of changes in Calgary, some expected and some less so, and yet there are reasons to have a positive outlook this year if you are a fan of the Hitmen. General Manager Garry Davidson shares his thoughts on turning the page and starting a new era in Cowtown. 

[1:50:51] - Lastly this week, the Spokane Chiefs made it to the finals last year and have a large number of returning players from that team. However, the few players who aren't back were significant pieces to the puzzle. Can the Chiefs realistic contend once again? General Manager Matt Bardsley says YES and tells us why.
