Trundled on sky-surf glowering,

"Tremendous long cloud collossuses roll above humanity's heads with an unbelievable speed at the north Australian Gulf of Carpentaria during spring time. This special event is never forgotten by the ones who experienced this huge and very unique spectacle.

Most humans tend to forget where their roots really originate. But once in a while nature comes up with new events like this to remind us where we really come from. Our physical bond with this planet will never break, since we all turn into soil as soon as we leave our bodies.
To intensify our understanding of it, this compilation series looks into several special nature phenomenas and let various artists of different disciplines make an interpretation with their own picture of the phenomena in their individual creative language.

The whole creative concept is based on the principal of the ‚Chinese Whispers‘ game.
So Kwasu Tembo (writer and musician) started the whole process with a lyrical text about this phenomenon which was passed on to four visual artists - Dycide, MTRL, Ohneweil and Polygonia.
Each of them created an artwork based on their synaesthetical impression of Kwasu's words, and after that, were handed to the musicians Foreign Material, Infinity, Javier Marimon and Olorun. These artists crafted four auditive masterpieces arising from their visual impression of the digital designs. Synaesthesia is a very powerful tool to grasp coherences which are not easily explained. It can create inner feelings and associations on the observer‘s side, which are much more accurate than any scientific explanation."

Laima is a student in classical composition at University of Music and the Performing Arts of Stuttgart, and yet, she shines by creating atonal and tuneless sounds. Her compositions are filled with wet and organic textures that will drive your soul to the farthest swamps. We are super happy to have her for our first podcast.

Welcome to another codecast XY experimental session. 
For this one we're really glad to introduce Oreste.

Born and raised in the Loire valley, a tiny piece of heaven near Nantes, Oreste has always been surrounding by trees, old castles and ruins. This calm and pastoral surrounding remains an endless source of inspiration for this 24-year-old ambient producer.
Oreste is carrying out a project in connection with his environment. His sound compositions reveal a vast universe, like a firmament of ethereal layers under which a variety of organic and watery textures swarm, a world sometimes crossed by a fog of disturbing strangeness.
Deeply inspired by the fantastic musical ambient music microcosms, his desire to contribute to it shapes his ethereal sound and aesthetic.
After working in the shadow for a while he begins to make his path slowly in the electronic ambient world, and being released by several labels such as Lett Records , On board, Multipass records, Rites, and more soon. Lately, found his own one « Emerald Garden Records » with a first surprising physical release.

ABSIS & Uranio Empobrecido - Espai Indefinit [Loop Modulator // LM001]

This is the first release of Loop Modulator, a new electronic label born in Spain, driven by NANO Modules synthesizers brand.

In this project the main purpose is to capture on vinyl the music created with modular synthesizers to promote the creation of sound with these machines.

We have prepared 4 cuts of electro inspired by outer space for this first Loop Modulator reference, made by the Barcelona producer ABSIS, and the founder of NANO, Uranio Empobrecido.

These two operators, regulars between electro and dub techno, have decided to join forces with 2 original tracks, and 2 mutual remixes.

Electronic music producer and guitarist Sun Dawei is known for a creativity that finds its outlet in many different forms. Chinese born and based in Tokyo, Japan since 2015.

Over the past two decades he composed various game and movie soundtracks, participated in international art events / festivals such as ‘Blip Festival’ in New York and ‘Sound Of Silence’ in Tokyo. He produced numerous jingles and tunes for advertisements used by popular global brands.

With more than a handful EP releases under his moniker CTAFAD he is now back on Indefinite Pitch not long after the release of his throbbing remix of Mordio’s ‘Pulsar’.

With ‘Invisible Form’ we are facing a 4-tracker delivering three deep and hypnotic cuts waiting to be released into your headphone’s speakers or to find you on your local club’s dance floor. The EP closes with a beautiful drone work putting the listener into a dreamlike state hoping to decipher said obscured form.

don't like sirens including siren pauses and I don't like stories that are too predictable. I don't like normal claps.... dont like too much compression and too little dynamic space.
