A huge congratulations to everyone involved in this. We have a mix of complete recording newbies, seasoned pros and everything in between. All as incredible as each other.

et du sel, et c'est bon

Maintenant il faut du temps
de cuisson du potiron
et les gens impatients
créent la décoration

Celle ci consite des graines grillées
difficiles à enlever
du potirron, qui flotteront
sur la mare orange comme points marrons

Lait de coco pour une note indienne
ou une tradition à l'autrichienne 
l'huile de potiron, comme de l'encre marron
transforme en ouevre d'art notre creation,
illustre même les lois de la diffusion
tant à dire sur un seul potimarron

This song is my attempt to process the wrenching incident that took place in my hometown on Memorial Day.  My hope is that real change will come from George Floyd’s murder though 2020 is seeming eerily similar to 1968.  
Tech note:  the jet plane heard in the recording was not intentional, just bad timing.  ***Updated with live drum kit 3/26/2023.***

New single 'Cumulonimbus' out now! 

Pisgah is the solo project of singer-songwriter Brittney Jenkins, a musician who grew up in the American South and has lived in Greater London since 2015. Her inspirations range widely, from the alt-country roots of Ryan Adams and Songs: Ohia, to the wistful alt-rock of Aimee Mann, and even the gothic edge of Emma Ruth Rundle and The Cure. Music has always been central to her life, but she didn’t start writing her own songs until 2015, after teaching herself guitar. Those early songs became the seeds for her debut album Call Louder for Me When You Call, released in 2022. Her songs are reflective and bittersweet, telling stories about natural disasters, family deaths, and personal tragedies over shimmering electric guitar and propulsive percussion. Her follow-up album, Faultlines, will be released independently in November 2025.
