The first release is headed by the label’s owner LC12, formerly Rumore and Orphidal, giving us a journey into their musical worlds, this time merged togheter into Isabella, the intense and velvety track opening the record.

Leonid strikes the other surface with a lushy remix which takes liberties, altering color and form in ways that are typical of his work, keeping the smoothness of the original track but giving a strongest punch for this heavy warm-up secret weapon.

The label owners are closing both sides with their individual explorations into flush and sensual ambients filled with analog step-sequenced rhythms.

Finally we can enjoy the first episode of our new Podcast Series.

On this first installment, LC12's @Orphidal delight us with a varied mix merging house, disco, acid and techno. A nice trip showing his current influences and skills on the decks.

The second installment  is a split between Autre and the label owners LC12.

On the first side Rumore and Orphidal are opening the release with a 115 bpm proto-ambient track filled with liquid grooves and tribal elements while in the second cut they are showing us their faster and acidic side with Conversations.

On the other surface Autre is killing it with Filter Sessions 329, a mental techno trip done while experimenting with his new filter bank, an 808 and a Juno 106. The B2 is an elegant track with a Fred P-esque touch, suitable for every kind of dancefloor.

We're very excited to present you @thegamerecords , a newborn label that hit the stores recently with a dope-as-hell release including some of the hottest names in house music today, distributed by our mentors and buddies @istheplace.
In this mix, mostly made with pre-2000 tunes, we can see the musicality and the energy that's driven the label. Recorded straight from wax to tape! Do the boogie.

Currently based in Barcelona, Orphidal is a producer and DJ from the Iberian peninsula.

He has given shape and form to his own personal soul searching, and the result is four original and varied cuts.

This is Orphidal's long-awaited first release on Pitch Down Records. His sound spans from dreamy house to raw atmospheric techno or dubby house, making this record conducive to dance floors of all kinds.

[PD004] Orphidal - Moments (Out Now)

This time on the decks we have @zorz, experienced dj and philosopher from far away Greece. We met each other several years ago at Is the Place, our favourite record shop in downtown Madrid. Since then we have spent a lot of good moments together, from spinning records to having long conversations about humankind and spirituality. The featured mix, originally called "Sand", has the grainy, transparent quality typical of this substance. However, we do not find ourselves in the dry desert, but on a solitary beach by the sea. This is one for all the people watching at the horizon from the shore and thinking about the infinite.
