As I'm finishing up an incredible last year of college, and getting to do all of these amazing things in music, it's felt natural making happy, lighthearted songs that really capture my mood these days. I've spent a large part of the last year exploring darker sounds and textures. I definitely want to continue experimenting in that direction, but I wouldn't want to neglect my goofy, cheerful side either. "You Give Me Butterflies" is a carefree day at the beach, spent with your friends, acting like 8 year-olds.

The third edition of Memories on Wax focuses on faster tracks. They are a reflection of the time spent in the dark, surrounded by smoke and bodies, during parties at Radion, in Amsterdam. The mix starts with the dub sounds I love, transitions to groovier techno that's typical to the @vault-sessions-collective parties, and ends on the peak of a longer set -- to be continued, someday, somewhere...

A Dub Techno Journey is a compilation that traverses Dantes circles of Hell, transforming them into hypnotic and profound soundscapes. Each track represents a canto from Dantes Inferno, interpreted by producers from different parts of the world, united by a shared sensitivity for dub techno vibrations. The idea was conceived by Francesco Tamburrano, who envisioned a musical journey blending literature and sonic exploration, and took shape through the collaboration with the label Superordinate, always attentive to visionary projects with an international scope. The result is a dark and immersive path, where enveloping basslines and deep echoes guide the listener on a sonic pilgrimage through Dantes Inferno.
