What an absolute joy it was to play in this incredible spot in Stanmer Woods, held perfectly by nature, the weather, the dancers and the crew.

It was such an honour to be guest facilitator for this new dance community growing in Brighton and do something im so passionate about in such a stunning location. 

The space so beautifully set with Annalisa's warm ups to activate and energize the body and then to move into a Bliss Spirit Ceremony and then DANCE and to close with me and Kai on live instruments.

If you feel to work deeper with the medicine of this dance, I invite you to prepare some Cacao or Bliss Spirit, set your intention, drink your drink and dance into your journey, then lie down for the last track to integrate your journey.

The live sound journey that closed this dance, curated by me and Kai unfortunately can not be included in this recording.

Happy Birthday Clara Super Star Chi-Queen.

What an absolute joy and honour it was to be invited to bring the tunes for this special occasion, and what a great night it was!

The absolute best of this set (which unfortunately was captured) was the total impromtu band creation of me on Tamborine and bongos, Lou on Keyboard and synth and Tallulah on Djembe and Vocals!! Magic was created and was soooo much fun. 

The Dance floor loved it and I really hope that you can get a sense of the fun that was had by the music in this list.

Elemental Rhythms - Ecstatic Dance and Live Sound journey

This set was recorded and facilitated live @ Project Ibiza for Elemental Rhythms Ibiza. An event to nourish and ground the heart, to travel deeply into the body and give movment space and time to feel what is waiting under the surface to be given expression.

Facilitated with the wonderful Tallulah Rendall, who sang her famous song "Radiate" Live at the peak of the first wave. Included in this Mix is the backing track that was used in the journey (unfortunately the Live vocals were not captured)

So much thanks to the team, the Project and to the dancers that came for their first experience and trust in the collaboration between myself and Tallulah.

Giving thanks to the body to the elements and to the spirits for their movement, inspiration and wisdom.

I hope that you enjoy this Set and it brings you softly into your body and you have space and time to move through its seasons.

I was very very excited to play again back at the Old baths after 2 years especially with their new 4 direction speaker additions and also since a long break from playing to the London E>D Family.

I am really happy with this mix and i trust you will enjoy this too. This mix is inspired by the first quarter moon on Aries, calling for dynamic and determined effort to over come what ever may stand in our way for positive growth. Seize the moment and trust your intuition, your commitment may be tested but you have the potential to turn an obstacle into your advantage.

This Mix did not disappoint to crowd both big and small and i spent a good deal of time, working out some beautiful mixes and transitions to facilitate a deep dive and with high peaks. Sprinkled with my trademark bongos to add some live layers, unfortunately not recorded, this was a highly enjoyed experience for all.

This show was recorded live for a special one time occasion of a Chi Time episode where me and my good friend Clara Apollo conspired to push the boundaries of her long standing Radio Show Chi Time.

We decided that it was time for us to combine our love of all that is embodiment, dance and Qigong and bring to the airwaves a unique combination of our offerings to the world.

After a long break from uploads, to focus on other things its time i get back in the sharing seat and get this latest ecstatic dance set from my Last E.D UK

Ecstatic Dance U.k - Bumpy Road

This is my Set from Kirtsty Birthday Party! Recorded live, this was such great fun to craft and play. Some of my old favorites i havent played for a long time and some of my new and freshest bangers, and of course some of my staples and well knowns. Unfortunately i wasnt able to record my live percussion accompaniment that i played, but all the tracks rawness is here. 

Moving through the genres of well known to the unknown, from the liquid to the jumpup, its was so fun. And to book end it with something soulful and significant was my twist.

Crafting the intro for this was actually the hardest part, and i went through quite the journey to get to this one, so synchronic that i landed on Caminando in the end, that was the "Hell Yes" moment!

Inspired by the 8.8 Lions gate Portal which is when astrologically every year on and around the 8th day of the 8th month of the year (August 8th), there is a cosmic alignment called “the Lions Gateway”. The Lions Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms and numerically is a very powerful time for personal transformation into power and truth. This gate is always open for about a week and peaks on the day of the 8th of August.

I have so much thanks for the thousands of producers and music artists out there that turn their personal experiences and passions into music i can play both at home and in sets.
I am always discovering new music both by chance and by searching and my cup is always overflowing. There is soo much amazing talent out there, and this set was inspired by these feelings of gratitude and love for having discovered all these incredible tracks and the ability to weave them into a journey.
