In this months instalment of Faith Invention - Old School Groove Therapy we invite a close friend who is a mysterious figure head of the 90s European and UK electronic scene; Marcus Graham.

 

Marcus has had a career in the music industry spanning from 1988 into the late 90s who worked at the influential record labels of R&S, Crammed, SSR, Made to Measure and created the underground gems of Honey Dipped and ITP records (big tip for techno and trance). Marcus has had a deeply rich career in the transformative and flourishing years of electronic music, he has brought to life many “now classics” and helped pave the way for globally influential artists; now and then.

 

Since the mid 80s and up until today Marcus has had a successful street and events photography career capturing iconic photos such as “Ravers Outside the Astoria”. Photography and music have always been 2 in the same for Marcus, as they both capture a time, place, mood and emotions but in a different medium.

 

Marcus Graham treats us to a vast array of sonics and moods whilst letting each track breath, which is reflective of his in-depth encyclopedia of music and free-moving way of life. These songs are tracks he has been listening to and thinking about over the last few weeks and is delighted to make it onto the Australian airwaves.
