So i've been having what can only be referred to as a little musical constipation in the last few weeks. I've been sitting with the bones of a mix for ages and just couldn't get anything to work, no matter what i tried, nothing felt like it fit. 
Then i went to Rocking the Daisies, heard some amazing tunes, spent some time with some even MORE amazing people and came back inspired to put together a little something in the spirit of what we heard, saw and did this past weekend, both on the Red Bull floor at night and at the Mainstay Beach Bar during the day. It starts slow and ends big, kind of like a weekend in Darling really. This one's for you Daisies friends, DJ's and fellow jollers, thanks for the laughs, the tunes, the dances and for being just so damn rad! Enjoy.

It's taken me a couple of weeks to put this one together, some tunes went in, some tunes came out, the mix came together and then it all fell apart. But at last it's ready to go. It's just over an hour of some newly released stuff and some older tracks, some going back as far as 2003. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think, and if you like, share it :)

My 9-10PM set from a little birthday shindig called "Lights, Camera, Action - A celebrity affair" on Saturday night. Thanks to everyone who came, saw, danced and hung around while the cops tried to shut us down. Oh and a last happy birthday to our hosts, thanks again for having me play.
