For this week’s episode, we asked one of our Karismatik Bookings artists to create a special guest mix. 

@bartblankman is a passionate DJ with over 10 years experience in the music industry.  Born and raised in Zaanstad, The Netherlands, he became fascinated with music at a young age and started his career as a DJ in local clubs and bars.

 Throughout his career, he has developed into a versatile DJ known for his unique style and ability to experiment with different genres of electronic music.  

Bart is also a gifted producer and has released several tracks under his own name and under the name Craftmen.

Bei vielen Clubbesuchen und den meisten Gigs mit seinen vorherigen Projekten fehlte ihm das Momentum der Natürlichkeit und der Echtheit: „Gleichzeitig wünsche ich mir, etwas Altehrwürdiges in dem von Jugenddrang und Monokulturen durchzogenen Nachtleben vorzufinden." Mitte März trat der Musiker das erste Mal solo mit Violoncello, Gitarre, Synthesizer, Marimba, Mandoline, Flöte, Harfe und Stimme im Kater Blau auf. „Unter meinen vielen weißen Haaren musste ich weinen und alle Menschen, die mir begegneten, umarmen – sowohl mit Körper als auch mit Musik.“ (...)
