But how can a tyrant rule the free and the proud, but for tyranny in there own selfish shame and pride?
Freedom is fleeting and fragile if you don't watch it very closely..... because one day it might just be gone...........

Following on "Andersworld" and its remixes, Marie Wilhelmine Anders dedicates her new album "Travels" to her distinctive mixture of storytelling as well as virtuosic use of vocals and instruments and pours all of it into a highly atmospheric club sound. While Marie continues the themes of her previous releases, with Robert Louis Stevenson’s poetry being a strong and omnipresent influence once again, the epic tracks on "Travels" deviate in several ways from the previous album.

Right at the surface, one is immediately caught by the ubiquitous 4/4 bass drum, which lends the album its distinctly club-compatible character, which is supported equally by a deep and atmospheric production, which is carried by melodic chords and Marie's trademark vocals. Marie’s narratives are inspired by Thomas Lutz' photographs and process topics such as travel, movement and change, and are given ample time to unfold.

While "Andersworld" was bubbling over with ideas, which came together in quick succession, the four epic pieces on "Travels" develop their individual ideas into unique mini-dramas over 9-12 minutes each. This is far from creating a vacuum but creates ample space for a dense atmosphere, depth and a subtle play with various influences. That way, a track can evolve from a dubby Balearic ambient piece into an emotional and energetic trance track, as "The Infinite Shining Heavens" impressively demonstrates.

"Travels" is at the same time a consistent continuation of Marie's oeuvre as well as a departure onto new territory, which raises hopes to be able to listen to Marie's tracks on the dancefloor sometime soon.

BIO:
Andrea is a Musician and DJ from Colombia, living in the south of France since 10 years.
She studied violin and singing in her childhood and she's been collecting music since she was a teenager. Her roots from the colombia pacific side and moutains from the Andes and her love for underground and electronic music made a perfect cocktail in her sets, colorfull , ups and downs every musical journey is a movie to live.
She participated in several  festivals sharing line up with artists like Lunar Disco, Sis, Sebastien Leger , Parallells , she also directed a weekly radio show for a year, and made collaborations for different music channels.
After covid she stayed strong as an artist sharing her musical universe in online festivals, radio shows and she's looking forward to show her first music productions.

Bio:

Born in the province of Buenos Aires, Krash has adopted a somewhat nomadic life, residing in different parts of the country. 

From a young age, he devoted himself exclusively to Electronic Music and Photography, having a great affinity with everything related to the "Underground" scene.

Strongly influenced by the different branches of Techno and by Deep sounds, with nuances of the Minimal.

Hallo der Björn/pjontec hier, Marco hat mich gebeten vielleicht noch etwas persönliches dazu zu schreiben.

Also, hoffentlich wird jetzt kein Roman daraus, fang ich am Anfang an und versuche mich auf das Wesentliche zu beschränken.

Als ich mich Ende 2012 bei SoundCloud angemeldet habe, hatte ich nicht den Hauch einer Ahnung was für ein Fass ich damit öffnen werde !!

Zuerst hatte ich, außer wie man die Musik hier anstellt, nix geblickt, inzwischen stecke ich bis über die Schultern tief in der Materie und 
erkenne andere Accounts meistens auf den ersten Blick !!

Dann am 13. März 2014, der erste Podcast von TonElite, den ich seiner Zeit über Facebook kennenlernen durfte, er legt immer noch sehr erfolgreich unter seinem Bürgerlichen Namen Martin Saupe @msaupe auf !!

Mein Wunsch war es immer die DJ´s, die mir Tag für Tag das Leben mit ihrer Musik versüßt haben, meine "Helden", persönlich kennen zu lernen !!

Das hat, wenn auch nur oberflächlich, mit dem einen oder andern DJ geklappt,
bis Marco eines schönen Tages meiner Einladung gefolgt ist und mich besucht hat und kurz darauf dann auch Stephanie mit ihrem Freund Randolf !!

Wir haben uns dann alle 4 ein paar Vollmonde später bei Stephanie und Randy getroffen, wobei das oben verlinkte Set entstanden ist und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zusammen !!

Ich selbst bin weder DJ noch Produzent, sondern lediglich ein Musik Liebhaber,
der wie die Jungfrau zum Kind, zum Podcasten gekommen ist, Blut geleckt hat und dran geblieben ist !!

Ihr dürft mir glauben, das es am Anfang sehr schwierig war, DJ´s zu finden, die bereit waren für eine Seite mit kaum nennenswerter Lobby, Musik aufzunehmen, es war wie Klinkenputzen meistens ohne Antwort oder mit Absagen !!

Heute kann und darf ich mir aussuchen wessen Musik ich veröffentliche, ich bin zu tiefst dankbar dafür und freue mich sehr, Euch beiden wieder mit dieser Wundervollen Extralangen Mixtur an Bord zu haben !!

Hier noch ein Ausschnitt aus Marcos Nachricht, was mir sehr schmeichelt:

"Das war großartig und dieses Set haben wir Dir gewidmet, ohne Dich gäbe es uns nicht.
Du hast uns zusammen gebracht und musikalisch passen wir wie die Faust auf`s Auge.
Du hast Dir echt 6h am Stück angehört?
Wir mussten öfters lachen, weil wir wussten dass Du Dich quälen wirst :D

Markus aka @Zweigstelle provides us this weekend with 
a wonderful deep minimal and pretty dubby set !!

Turn UP the volume and enjoy as much as we do !!

Zweig's seductive sound is inspired by the sweeping anthems of the great techno & house heroes of the nineties.
Labels like Harthouse, Eye Q, Strictly Rhythm and Nervous come to mind.

Being filled (and fuelled) with inspiration and enthused about the possibilities of computer-based music production, Markus Kalb started his project in the middle of the 2000s.
He developed a knack for making use of a wide spectrum of stylistic devices, embracing not only house and techno but also chill-out up to breakbeat. Hence his sound defies being narrowly pigeonholed.
Zweig productions are characterized by a very warm and harmonic sound.
He loves to mix vintage stylistics with fresh own ideas.

In 2015, he hit the scene with his first album „Dancing on Halos“ on Verform Records from Hamburg.
This was followed by strong releases on the labels Galvanic, D.Max.Chill and several compilations.
The albums "Out Of Range", "A Nerd And His Soundscape" and "Between Dimensions" marked further milestones on Zweig's journey into organic groove.

Marco Gorek und Herr Rossi beschäftigten sich schon sehr früh mit der Elektronische musik was dazu treibte das die Beiden sich dem Hobby weiterhin auch als Beruf ausüben wollte. Beide erlernten in den frühen Jugendzeiten das Spielen von diversen Instrumenten und diese Musikalischen fähigkeiten wollten sie als nächste Schritt nützen um selber Elektronische musik zu Produzieren. Marco Gorek hatte schon immer eine Vorliebe für einen perkussiven Sound, was das perfekte pendent für den melodiösen Sound von Herrn Rossi war. Ab diesem Moment haben sie sich entschieden für den Producer & Dj Lifestyle den sie bis jetzt noch immer Leben, was sie auch Zeigen in deren Sehr Profesionelle produzierten tracks die schon mal bei dem Bekannten Label Parquet recordings released worden sind. Marco Gorek erhielt erste Residentverträge in einigen regionalen Clubs der Szene und Herr Rossi hingegen gründete sein eigenes Partylabel und Veranstaltete eigene hochkarätige Events. Durch das intensive Networking die beiden und vermehrten öffentlichen Auftritte und Veranstaltungen, führten Ihre Wege ans gleiche Ziel. Dadurch entwickelte sich eine enge Freundschaft und die Leidenschaft ein gemeinsames Ziel zu verfolgen. Das Produzieren von eigener Musik. Das melodisch Deepe, aber dennoch kraftvolle Duo setzt seinen Weg als Live Act fort. Room Service – Live war geboren.
