Before we dive into the latest episode, let's first take a brief look at Lofi Radio and what it offers to its listeners. The show is a music podcast that features a variety of producers, musicians, and artists from around the world. The aim is to showcase the producer in a overview of both new tracks, older tracks and also some work in progress - the vibe is chill and laid-back, with a focus on hip-hop, jazz, and a positive vibe in the community.

The 6th episode of Lofi Radio features Gustav Gustav as the guest producer. A producer that’s been alongside the tribe for a very long time – He is one of the most versatile producers out there, making both smooth beats & jazzy laidback grooves while still able to switch it up to uptempo tracks with inspiration from the house community but also the underground scene of pop & electronic stuff. Profusion (noun): an abundance of something rich.

What a deftly fitting descriptor for the collaborative project between K15 and Emeson.

When the duo are not wowing audiences with their slew of solo releases, K15 with the highly infectious steppers anthem ‘Bordeaux’ and Emeson with his colourful ‘Bespoke' EP, they have made time to join alliances in pursuit of all things soulful and “Flying” is their first offering.

Emeson, a singer/songwriter of lofty quality and conjurer of sizzling tones, delivers a wondrously heartfelt vocal, while K15’s hypnotising production is the perfect accompaniment to Emeson’s ode to love.

The outcome? A soul classic that serves as an overture to the forthcoming album.

Summer of 2023: Koralle wants to escape the heat of Bologna for a few weeks. He is heading South and rents a small hut by the sea near Ravenna. One night he meets Francesco Giampaoli, a seasoned jazz & world musician at a bar on Bassona beach. The two had worked on music before and Koralle visits Francesco the next day at his studio which is stuffed with analogue gear and instruments. He stops by every single day for the next weeks and the duo creates some incredible strange music that we are happy to share with you over the next months. “Per Sbaglio” is the new single.
