A quiet night at Californos with the doors open and the serendipity of rain in the background.  Peggy singing bluesy rendition of a traditional Appalachian song telling a sad tale with grit and resolve.  The rain in the background hinting to begin anew.

Peggy is a vocalist in the Kansas City area performing as often as life allows.  As a solo artist, Peggy is usually singing jazz in a small combo. Peggy also can be heard in other genres such as big band, popular, folk, religious music, as well as ensemble work in Fine Arts Chorale and Madrigalia Bar None.  Peggy has a warm, rich and smooth contralto voice that conveys much feeling and earthiness.
