I can no longer be pulled down by anything, or anyone. I am going through a deeply personal/spiritual transition so I can leave behind certain behavioral patters, relationships, and beliefs that no longer serve me. This is an intensely personal and private journey, and I am working in isolation to make it happen. I have identified what I misut relaase to embrace a new way of thinking and now I am bringing i to fruition in my personal life. I am connecting to those who make me feel good. Now is a point where I am aligning myself to make myself feel good from the core.  I am realizing the full implications of the past, and you appreciate the lessons learned from the experience. I'm able to recognize the value of the painful experience in the broader scheme of things. I am working to focus my attention on my innermost feelings. the ones ive been putting off to the side while accomplishing so much in the external wurld.... I am discovering the emotions stored in my subconscious mind and how these emotions affect me. Through this work, I'm gaining a stronger sense of control over my emotional well-being so that my feelings don’t steer me away from living my best fucking life(!)
