The year is 2008: The country is in disarray. The singularity has decimated the Earth and brought humanity to its knees. Neo-delphia, the last metropolis of MexAmeriDa, is on the verge of collapse. The Illuminaries, a cybernetic cabal of techno-vestor fat cats, have begun to automate the police force. Only two humans remain, and it's up to them to decipher who's actually in control.
