Omatu - My Love (Plage 84 Remix)

Plage 84 is back with a new single called « Angeline », an uptempo song suited for clubs and listening sessions, colored with a lot of melodies and pitched talkbox jam all revolving around a funky acid bass. This track announces an EP for early 2025 which promises to be full of life and a variety of tones from the French producer’s palette.

Originally composed by the French artist Plage 84, the track “Inyeon;;;” has now a deep club and strong version by the one and only Demuir, one of the king of the Canadian and US jackin house scene. His version focus on the minimalist textures to make it a club hit with a loud drum pattern that never miss from the Toronto based producer. This version is exclusively released on his own label Purveyor Underground Ltd.

New single from the French producer Plage 84, arguing jazz is a funny metaphor of a discussion, an arguing moment between two entities, a kind of a dispute, and turn this idea into a strong jazzy club track at 139 bpm. This song is a mix with synth jazz solos, liquid bass sequences, and a powerful development that will fit in every club oriented sets.

New song from the Parisian producer Plage 84 is called « shoegaze » as an ode to this rock sub genre always mixed with his own electronic sounds and synth. The musician brings a strong aerial loop with some acoustic drums and a lot of textures as usual around. A top line use the voice as a background instrument and drive the whole song to psychedelic journey.

New single this December from the French producer Plage 84, “rideau de crystal” starts with a kick and a melancholic arp, and develops with a stunning vocoder top line that eventually leads to a climax full of harmonies and natural vocals. The arp textures and the orchestral, organic violins bring a more elevated side to the progression throughout this 2’58 track. Written in French, this song fits perfectly with the end of the year and a winter feeling full of poetry, love, and nature.

Après un premier EP « Thunderness » sorti en free download sur Roche Musique à l’été 2013, Plage 84 revient gonflé à block en cette rentrée 2015, pour dévoiler son nouveau projet.
C’est avec un travail alliant construction et déconstruction que Plage 84 dessine son univers. Inspiré majoritairement par le jazz et la funk, il esquisse des mélodies colorées, fraiches et nuancées. Il en vient alors à croquer Not Too Fast, allégorie de cet univers riche et complexe.

De Love Rain, ode à la mélancolie des journées pluvieuses à Mine, exutoire groovy & futuriste, en passant par Not Too Fast premier single de l’Ep, Plage 84 nous rappelle que même si l’été est passé, il n’est pas totalement fini, des souvenirs plein la tête.

With a work combining construction and deconstruction, Plage 84 draws his universe. Mainly inspired by Jazz and Funk, he drafts fresh, nuanced and colourful melodies to comes up with Not Too Fast, a rich and complex allegory of this universe. From Love Rain ode to the melancholia of the rainy days, to Mine,, groovy and futuristic release, passing by Not Too Fast, first single of the Ep, Plage 84 reminds us that summer is not totally finished…
