Night Swim is my club-focused mix show with an emphasis on tech and jackin' house. It's meant for pre-gaming before a big night or keeping the vibe going on the way to the afters.

mermaids is the deep/lofi house alter ego of Manila-born, Singapore-based DJ and producer Joey Santos. The project specializes in creating music that occupies the sweet spot between home listening and dancefloor energy – what the artist describes as "energetic-yet-soothing vibes suitable for both introspective moments and communal celebration.” 

Drawing deep inspiration from Chicago and Detroit house pioneers, mermaids cites Kerri Chandler, Moodyman, and Joe Claussell as foundational influences. This reverence for house music's roots, combined with modern deep house production techniques creates a sound that feels both nostalgic and contemporary. The project emerged in 2020 with the pandemic-documenting "Flat Curver," followed by "Work From Home Is Where The Heart Is" and 2021's "Lockdown Anniversary." Each release has demonstrated mermaids' ability to capture specific moments in time while creating music with lasting emotional resonance. 

Joey Santos brings over two decades of experience as both a DJ and music producer, contributing to Manila's vibrant indie rock, pop, and electronic music scenes while building international connections through the mermaids project.

Japan’s Sakura Tsuruta appears for the first time on Will Hofbauer’s Third Place with the ‘What Are You Drinking?’ EP, landing 26th September 2025. The aptly named ‘Euphorique’ single is available now, kicking the release oﬀ with beautiful melodic details, delicate cascading arps, and supple electronic drums. The dreamscape continues with the title track, soothing synth hits carefully woven around a kinetic broken rhythm, casting spells on the dancefloor before the magical ‘Lucid Bubbles’ comes in with rubbery basslines and eﬀervescing sequences which rise and fall through its playful, unrelenting groove. Closer ‘Voices’ is another trip, its earworm silky melody and infectious bassline purpose-built to make lasting memories with friends while dancing, rounding out this expertly produced EP by Sakura Tsuruta.

Sakura Tsuruta is a Tokyo-based artist who mixes up dreamy melodies with potent, experimental grooves. Her 2019 debut on Bardo Records broke into Beatport’s Top 100, and since then, she has dropped her acclaimed ‘Made of Air’ EP and two well-received full-lengths on Mule Musiq and all my thoughts. Tsuruta is also an educator who works with international universities and conservatories and an activist who champions gender equality and nurtures young artists globally.

Born in 1996, CRAZY-T is a tattooed selector and a descendant of the founding family behind GALFY—the iconic Japanese “Yankee” streetwear brand. He began DJing in 2018, rooted in Nagoya’s club scene.

Though he loves the Hip Hop of San Francisco and the Bay Area, his all-time favorite song is surprisingly Sharam Q’s “Single Bed.” As an only child with a self-proclaimed inability to focus on just one thing, he refuses to stick to a single genre. His sets jump freely between HIP-HOP, Baile Funk, UKG, UK Bass, Afro, Amapiano, House, Techno, Dubstep, Jungle, Dub, Tribal, and whatever else he feels in the moment.

He also has a beloved nickname, “Pyons,” though very few people actually call him that.

Jakarta-born DJ and producer Gembira Putra Agam, known by his stage name Fyahman, established his moniker around 2008-2009. He established himself within Jakarta's music scene, joining 24/7, the first collective dedicated to dubstep and grime music in the city, in 2011. 

Fyahman's collaborative spirit continued in 2013 when he became part of Dead Records (Deadrec), which later merged with Pepaya Records to form leftfield label Dead Pepaya.

Mixmag has featured Fyahman as one of the Artists Exciting Us in 2025 (February edition), "Jakarta’s Fyahman is a bass scene architect, blending UK garage, jungle, and techno while shaping Indonesia’s leftfield sound through Dead Pepaya and his norrm radio show, Percs & Benefits."

Rohan Sinha is a visual artist and electronic music producer from Patna, currently based between New Delhi and Bangalore. Under his moniker Dolorblind, he crafts experimental soundscapes built from found sounds, field recordings, and synthesis—textures that feel both unfamiliar and intimate. His music moves fluidly between ambient and hip-hop, blending atmospheric layers with subtle rhythms and structure.

His artistic practice revolves around constructing emotional spaces from fragments: noise, silence, memory, and movement. Active within India’s independent music landscape, he has performed at clubs, art galleries, and festivals across the country, and collaborated widely with fellow artists.

As a visual artist, Rohan has also created immersive virtual performances, including sets for the online editions of MUTEK Japan and MUTEK San Francisco, placing himself inside surreal, brutalist digital environments.

In 2023, he was selected for OneBeat, the U.S. Department of State–funded program that brings together 25 musicians from around the globe. The residency allowed him to create, collaborate, and tour across the southern United States under the mentorship of leading artists.

INVERNO is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, curator, and radio host whose work moves between hypnotic techno, ambient soundscapes, and broken experimental rhythms. She is the founder of BLVSH, a FLINTA* collective established in 2019, recognised with the Tag der Clubkultur award by Berlin’s Club Commission in 2022. In addition to curating dance-focused events, she also runs KLEM, a platform and label dedicated to ambient, drone, and experimental music. Through KLEM, she produces her own work and curates listening sessions and immersive sound experiences.

INVERNO has performed at venues such as TRESOR, Renate, OXI, and Left Bank Tbilisi, and frequently shares her musical universe through radio shows on Refuge Worldwide, THF Berlin, Operator Rotterdam, and Relate Radio.

For her, sound is a tool for connection—across identities and backgrounds—and a space to challenge norms while remaining deeply grounded in rhythm and feeling.
