Asna 
An asana is a body posture, originally and still a general term for a sitting meditation pose, and later extended in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise, to any type of pose or position, adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali define "asana" as "[a position that] is steady and comfortable". Patanjali mentions the ability to sit for extended periods as one of the eight limbs of his system. Asanas are also called yoga poses or yoga postures in English.
 
The 10th or 11th century Goraksha Sataka and the 15th century Hatha Yoga Pradipika identify 84 asanas; the 17th century Hatha Ratnavali provides a different list of 84 asanas, describing some of them. In the 20th century, Indian nationalism favoured physical culture in response to colonialism. In that environment, pioneers such as Yogendra, Kuvalayananda, and Krishnamacharya taught a new system of asanas (incorporating systems of exercise as well as traditional hatha yoga). Among Krishnamacharya's pupils were influential Indian yoga teachers including Pattabhi Jois, founder of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, and B.K.S. Iyengar, founder of Iyengar yoga. Together they described hundreds more asanas, revived the popularity of yoga, and brought it to the Western world. Many more asanas have been devised since Iyengar's 1966 Light on Yoga which described some 200 asanas. Hundreds more were illustrated by Dharma Mittra.

It was mid-July in the witch’s forest, and after a few hot and dry summers, this year’s summer was absolutely perfect, with just enough rain to make the forest lush and green and just warm enough to keep things pleasant. Hekske (the little witch), Falke (the 10-year old witch apprentice) and Lalita (the tree nymph) were just getting dressed after their daily bath in the nymph’s pond, when Bob The Owl suddenly landed on Hekske’s hand.  He had an urgent message to convey, as a visitor had just entered the forest.  Hekske instructed Bob to show their guest the way. The witches were very excited, as they only receive 1 visitor per year on average (and this was already the second visitor of the year).
One hour later, their guest finally arrived. He turned out to be an old wizard with round spectacles and long white hair. The wizard courteously lifted his high hat to greet the 3 women, incidentally showing his shiny bald head as well.
He introduced himself as Helge, the magic mathematician from the North. Hekske’s heart skipped a beat when she heard that name, because Ishola the wizard had already told many tales about this legendary professor from the venerable School of Magic.
Helge took a deep breath and smiled … he had rarely felt such a strong magic energy in a forest. The witches showed him around the woods, and he was especially interested in the badger’s sett, which they all visited (with the help of a size reduction spell). This elaborate tunnel complex consists of 8 concentric circles. After visiting the last chamber, Helge got very excited and said ‘do you realize that this sett has exactly 61 underground chambers?’. The badgers were as amazed as the witches. The professor explained that 61 is a very powerful number, and denotes a strong connection with the divine. This was particularly true, as the badger’s sett forms 8 concentric circles around the tiny oak tree which is destined to become the future mother tree of the forest ecosystem. It basically is the beating heart of the forest.
And after completing the tour of the forest, Helge was brim-full of joy when he realized that there were exactly 151 alder trees and 555 oak trees.
He explained that 151 is a  palindromic prime, a centered decagonal number, and a lucky number. 151 appears in the Padovan sequence, preceded by the terms 65, 86, 114; it is the sum of the first two of these. 151 is a unique prime in base 2, since it is the only prime with period 15 in base 2. 
And 555 is the most magic number of them all. Helge also notes that 3 women are living in this forest, which is magic. But 3 times the number 5 is infinitely more powerful. 
Hekske, Falke and Lalita were a bit overwhelmed and didn’t understand exactly what this all meant, but they made sure not to forget any of these magic numbers. And their home forest had never looked more mesmerizing than that pleasant summer day …

We stopped around Uranus, to get the Ranuion’s from Azevevua Base. According to our route plan, this was the last stop we had to board new passengers. Thankfully after this, they would tell us where we were really going.
Our final destination was a complete mystery. I’d been trying to find out what this voyage was all about and where we were going, I asked everyone around excepts the Zontaks… I didn’t know what to make out from the profiles of the people around me. Even the Ooujin’s, a race who lived on a planet 28 billion light years away from ours, were on board. These beings were practically artists who could bend space and time, they had the ability to create a timeless reality within the layers of existence. When in the right mood Oojins could form interdimensional realities detached from time and space. But they rarely interacted with other species and this made the mystery of our destination even more intriguing.
Beings from all over the universe were on board and it was almost impossible to find common ground with any of them. All I know is that everyone had the same invitation envelope in which were sent to them with, as an old Earthly tradition. The envelope contained a one-way ticket and a route plan on the back. The front side had a message written with light saying :
‘’The light found you before you found it. You can escape from 
yourself, but you can’t escape from The Light.’’

The envelope reminded of my home, Earth. But couldn’t understand what this message meant. Who was this Naan, Ikharinata and Navi? What is the Light ? What am I doing on this ship? WHERE ARE WE GOING !!
Just I was trying to make sense to all these questions, I felt a shiver behind me. Almost blinded I tried my best not drop my diary and pen. As I rubbed my eyes to gain back my sight two Ranuion’s were standing right in front of me, smiling.The Ranuion’s were a species which could move at the speed of light and this was their way of saying… Hello! Being so fast, they blinded everyone who they interacted with, as if a huge camera flashed in front of your eyes. Actually, this wouldn’t happen if they just stopped before greeting themselves but they were impatient childish beings. Also, It would be stupid to try and calm down a species that moved in the speed of light. 
When I completely had my sight back I saw that all the Ranuion’s took their place, and it meant we were ready to go… On my right, there was an Aguan, I could tell they were swamped, trying talk to Ranuion, just by looking at their faces. The Ranuion’s had 3 heads coming out of their torso giving them the unique character of having 3 different personalities. Basically, you could say 3 different people were sharing the same body. The left head was trying to flirt with the Aguan, the right one was checking out the ship and the head in the middle looked as if it was sad and grumpy. Obviously, this was strange and funny for the Aguan as it kept laughing. In fact, these beings always smiled and laughed because they were blessed by Upijret. This blessing gave them an aura which made everyone around them happy and peaceful. Aguan’s who were aware of this gift did everything they could to spread the positivity, constantly participating in social responsibility projects. The aura was effective even while standing still and doing nothing but it was unbelievable what they could achieve when they really tried.
I wanted to capture this special moment between the two
beings so got out my camera. Just as I was ready to press the shutter, my seat started sliding with a 180 turn and I found myself inside the Foukal Capsule. This was a security procedure meaning we were about to take off. All the lights were dimmed and there was an announcement saying :
‘’This is your captain Uuegene, We are ready to take off for *Met
Galacticus* Please, close your eyes and loosen your seat belts''
