Interested and in tune with many diverse forms of music, no matter the genre. His passion is for Funk and Groove built on a solid foundation bassline with a sprinkle of our synthedelic and/or Punk & an air of psychedelic electro with a shamanic voodoo vibe. 

He grew up with the music of many influence from Synth, Nu Wave, Punk, Indie and early Dance culture, key stand outs thou Chicago House and Detroit Techno. After arriving in NewYork in the early 90's after graduation in Architectural Graphic design, cutting his teeth in a multi culture with many influences. This vibe influenced his sense of rhythm and energy which is felt in his selection and passion for good Music. Having a broad but particular range which has something else within a very provocative and unique sound moving with eternal yet an earthy journey. Buying 12" from the initial providers such as Submerge Detriot. Worked in the Music business for many years with BPM records as a buyer of all Electronic/House/Techno with a major focus on these genres and 12" Vinyl as a media.

Playing DJ gigs in Ireland, UK, Europe in the early days having a few regular and Irregular slots ultimately a residency at South Club Tramore.

GBN is always drawn to the evolution of Music in its many forms and keeps the freshness and energy alive as it moves into the 21st Century.

Today, our show goes back to our roots of South Africa, to bring you a very beautiful guest mix by one of Durban’s finest – @artlessbeing.

His soundscape holds an aspect of storytelling, presented in a harmonious blend of Deep House, Downtempo, and Melodic House and Techno. Dreamy and melancholy, the sounds mirror Artless Being’s belief that music is more than just art, that it is a powerful tool to interconnect the world. 

This mix was created to share colorful energy with The Karismatik listeners. Artless Being asks that you please take a moment to enjoy the sunrise rush, feel the colors burst, experience the warmth of Mother Earth, and let yourself become immersed in a magical journey through a rhythmical, dreamy soundscape.

Dear friends, we are proud to present you the 16th DHM podcast. This time, we meet up with Voyi from London, UK.
Voyi is originally from Hungary, he started DJing in 2007. He mostly played psytrance and chillout music back in those days, appeared in several clubs and open air parties as well. 
From 2012 to 2020, there was a long 8 years break when he focused to start a new life in the UK, London. In 2020, he has been massively influenced by progressive and organic house, where he ended up playing music again. 
His sets can be described as unusual: different moods and atmospheres, such as ethnic / latin / deep / progressive / psychedelic and sometimes folklore as well. 
Although he usually plays house music he also still play psytrance sometimes as well as melodic techno.
Thank you very much Voyi for being part of this musical journey.
