This piece is a blend of geographies. On one hand, the base from the UK bass movement gives the structure. Then samples of Bala , a new Bogotan sub-genre of the hyped Guaracha, give the contrarian character, and the universal breaks the release of the tension. Duality and motion have been part of Trexeter's body of work so far given the unstable nature of contemporary lifestyle. Soothing yet stimulating, an ambivalent space between a club tool and a contemplative tune.
