20+ years ago I remember an interview where RH mentioned The Flaming Lips "Zaireeka" 4Lp album being an influence on these sessions. Back then I would try so hard to hit play at the same time to sync the albums. I could tell they were meant to sync but was always mechanical off from players different start speeds. Fast forward, i found time to digitize the effort and wanted to share this very textured call and response of Kid A and Amnesiac. Shines most with good headphones. If you want immediate proof of sync, skip to 33 minute mark when Idioteque and Hunting Bears start. The beginning of this is polyrhythmic, so a bit of a cluster. The afore mentioned mark though, is clear and obvious.
