‘Signals’ by Fish is part of a new 8-track album on Foto Album - Vol. 1 
Foto is a brand new digital imprint run by Bethbethbeth (DJ) and upcoming Dubstep producer Khanum.

Championing dark, forward-thinking music, Foto’s sound is on the grimier end of dubstep and their first compilation explores darker sounds spanning the spectrum of 140 music from classic old school dubstep to leftfield grimier cuts.

Foto's first compilation sees a varied team of producers set the tone for the new label, bringing together newly established names with complete newcomers. 

Perhaps a surprising element of their first release is three names that usually sit in the 120-130BPM area of music; Hypho, Fish and Unkey, encouraging an accessibility on the new wave of high quality Dubstep, taking it beyond the heads.

The compilation will be released on 30th January 2019.

Chris Reed, also known as Plastician (formerly Plasticman), is a Producer / DJ from Thornton Heath in the London Borough of Croydon.

Plastician is unique in that he is respected as one of the true pioneers of both the Dubstep, Grime and most recently Wave genres. 

Always reputed for selecting from a broad range of bass heavy styles and seeking out the genres that emerge from between established scenes.

He plays a monthly radio show on Rinse FM, where he has been credited for breaking many artists and collectives on his show, some artists who had their first plays on his shows include Joker, Om Unit, Klasey Jones, Mura Masa and countless more.

In 2006 he spent 18 months on BBC Radio 1, making him the world's first DJ to have a specialist dubstep and grime radio show on national radio.
