It’s WEEK 26 of The Disco Waltons Mix Sessions, and this week were living it large with multi-talented  Tobie C (Tobie Craddock ) A proper Chorley OG, Tobie’s been grafting on the decks since the late 90s Huddersfield and Leeds before bagging the iDJ Magazine Raw Talent Winner title in 2005. Since then, he’s been slinging beats supporting the scene.

PREMIERE: Mely - I Just Can't Carry On

Maybe, I'm different

Plastic Royale A.K.A. Tompa Minus who is born and raised in Stockholm Sweden, finds the inspiration in deep house and classic house music but he doesn’t really like placing his music in compartments. If there is a groove then there´s a groove. 

Over the years, Plastic Royale has released a number of house songs with everything from instrumental to vocal house songs. With Chicago 86, he was inspired by the classic old sch
ool house sound that was born in Chicago in the mid-80s.
With PARIS 62 (Plastic Royale's most played song) he takes you into the wonderful world of French dance music (you must listen to it).

The collaboration with Ashley Slater has resulted in a couple of really groovy and bassy vocal house songs.

His interest for music has been there for as long as he can remember. From sneaking into his older brothers room at a young age to play vinyl to spending his first hard earned money on a Technics 1210 turntable. The first records he bought were mostly funk and soul and the love for the genres has followed him ever since. Another big influence in Tompas  life was the bootleg records called  Swemix, that lead him into the world om mixing and DJing.
