The 9th edition of The Moskalus Show is here! This time with talented South Korean duo C'est Qui! And that means two hours of fresh underground dance music!

Closet Yi and Naone, under the name of C'est Qui, are two young artists jacking the dance floor in Seoul's fast-rising underground electronic music scene. They were the fastest Korean artists to debut in Europe which took place this summer in Ortigia Sound system Festival Italy, Amsterdam, London, and Berlin. Only after a year since their debut C’est Qui has already proven their passion and unique talents through their career.
Inside Seoul's emerging House music industry, it is quite hard to find female DJs, especially those who understand both digital and analog djing and this is why it is important to keep an eye on C'est Qui's movements. 
Naone and Closet Yi have been constantly showing their passion towards house music for the past few years, and now they have teamed up as C'est Qui, which suggested a brand new paradigm into Seoul's underground sub culture. Currently running their own party brand with international artists, hosting a resident radio show on Seoul community radio, and endlessly supporting local gigs for the past year, they are one of the fastest rising stars in Seoul’s dance music scene. It was proven by their first Boiler room debut on March 2018, along with great artists such as Hunee, Call Super, Nobu, etc. Focusing mainly on classic deep house beats and original disco sounds, the two young artists rule the dance floor and by doing so, present a new image as a female DJ-duo inside Seoul's relatively male-oriented club scene.  
After organizing parties by the name of their own title C’EST QUI, they have hosted festive events with top-level artists such as Nachtbraker, Ray Mang, LICAXXX, Beesmunt Soundsystem, San Soda, and are now expecting many more events coming up this year with global artists inside and outside of Seoul.

After just 6 months since first seeing Big Yawn perform, we are thrilled to welcome them to the Research family. A compelling prelude to their debut album "No!" due out in late 2019.

Over six years the Melbourne-based group has evolved, with members of the band running various releases through label and collective Fallopian Tunes. As of 2019, Big Yawn had become a four-member music group, motivated by a history of studio production, prolific collaboration and quality hangout time.

The groups freshest effort 'Skin Rat/Thomas' captures the band performing live in the studio, and it's typical Big Yawn: fat and punchy low-end bass; drums and live drum processing; delay fx samples; thick syrupy synths. 'Skin Rat' is a hyperbolically dubbed out, tongue in cheek, magnetic blend of UK garage, footwork and breaks. And 'Thomas' takes cues from a slightly damaged post-punk sound, amplifying a brittle and sinister type of atomic porn-funk.

Limited to 200 copies. Hand numbered and housed in a screen-printed sleeve, artwork by Julian Hocking.
