Imagine growing up near Berlin, getting into dance music, going to Berghain for the first time and getting your mind blown by techno. Then, ten years later, you become a resident DJ at the fabled club. Not many people—any people?—can claim this story, but for Fadi Mohem, what would be so many DJs' dreams became a reality. After getting his 2017 debut 12-inch Reckless in the hands of all the right people in Berlin, Mohem established a bold, bouncy techno sound with releases on Modeselektor's Seilscheibenpfeiler, Ben Klock's Klockworks and FJAAK's SPANDAU20, pretty much the cream of the crop of modern techno.

Now, this year, he's becoming one of Berghain's newest residents, alongside other exciting names like Sedef Adasï and Naty Seres (and Lakuti upstairs at Panorama Bar). As heard on his recent collaborative with Ben Klock, Mohem has modern techno down to a science, thanks to a combination of reverence for the old-school and clever rhythmic touches, like the irresistible snare pattern on "Prefix." His RA Podcast sounds like what you might expect from a new generation of Berghain resident: aerodynamic, heavy and, honestly a little midtempo compared to a lot of other young techno DJs. It's the sound the club has made world-famous, with cuts from Reeko, Heiko Laux and Truncate, plus some special moments from aya, DJ Deeon and Petar Dundov. It takes a certain kind of DJ to get to this hallowed place, and Fadi Mohem deserves it.

Born and raised in Detroit and based in Berlin, Alan Oldham a.k.a. DJ T-1000 has been called “Detroit Techno’s Renaissance Man”. Not only is he the owner of the legendary Detroit labels Generator and Pure Sonik, and a veteran international techno DJ, the Detroit-born polymath is also an accomplished graphic illustrator, known globally for his iconic artwork for Djax-Up-Beats, +8 Records, Transmat, Astralwerks and many other electronic music labels.

Co-Accused have a solid reputation in the underground scene. From their notorious basement parties in Club 69, to playing festivals like Riverside & Platform 18. Over the years they've taken their sounds to cities like Amsterdam, Barcelona, Liverpool and London.

 Their techno and electro label Co-Accused Records has a dynamic ethos, channelling what they describe as “sonic grooves from another galaxy”. The label has received strong support from artists like Helena Hauff, Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier and Slam. They are building an impressive back catalogue with releases from Ben Pest, Jensen Interceptor, Human Rebellion, Fear-E,  Sosak, Acidulant, Ara-U and Radioactive Man. 

Co-Accused's own productions have also appeared on Soma Records sub-label Avoidant and the Berlin based label Sävy Records. In addition, Lindsay's solo track 'Creepin' was released on Sync 24's label Cultivated Electronics, and Raymond's solo work has been remixed by Hardfloor and The Horrorist. 

Always staying true to their driving, energetic sound, Co-Accused never fail to make a dancefloor move!

We're delighted to start our podcast series with a 3-hour set from the legendary Ben Sims, recorded live at THEØFFICE, Scanner room on June 14, 2024, marking his debut in Yerevan, Armenia. Ben has been instrumental in shaping British dance music while staying true to techno’s roots. His dynamic mixing across 3 to 5 decks, paired with his signature fusion of groove and hard-hitting Detroit-inspired cuts, had the crowd fully immersed. We're very much looking forward to having him back behind the decks. A true legend!

Rising from the South African underground, Thor Rixon has found his home in Berlin’s electronic music community, spreading his unique sound of forward-focused dance music across Europe, with releases on respected House & Techno labels such as Get Physical, Activia Benz, Laut & Luise, and his own labels Vibe Killer & Eko Worldwide.

When he takes the stage, expect energy. He launches a dance floor with an array of analog drum machines, synthesizers, and samplers. Fully improvised live sets that dive deep into intricate and textured soundscapes, which sit on a bed or rolling and pulsing rhythms. This live show and Rixon’s production style has made him a growing force in the global dance music landscape.

His raw and infectious energy has allowed him to perform his live show on the stages of Europe & South Africa’s most notorious festivals and clubs, leaving his mark on Fusion Festival (DE), Garbicz Festival (PL), Lighthouse Festival (HR), Habitat Festival (DE), Watergate (DE), The Great Escape Festival(UK), and Carfax (SA).

Berlin-based DJ and producer Kat Davids crafts immersive musical journeys, drawing inspiration from Detroit’s depth, body-high Dub house, deep house, and dub techno. Whether holding an intimate club atmosphere or igniting festival dance floors, her sets are a blend of raw honesty and transformative energy. Kat's signature sound incorporates her own vocals, field recordings, intricate percussions, and driving basslines. Her 2023 releases, “Dust” on Intercept Records and “Haunted” on Tresor Records, set the stage for her upcoming LP in 2024, which features a remix by VRIL. Her performances have graced iconic venues like Tresor, Watergate, and Säule/Berghain, as well as global stages including Refuge Worldwide, Weltspiele Hannover, Operator Radio Amsterdam, AND Club Johannesburg, and Modular Cape Town. Festivals like Garbicz and Feel Festival have also been part of her repertoire. In October 2024, she embarks on a Mexico/Honduras tour, complemented by a DJ workshop. As a THF Radio Berlin host since 2022, Kat has welcomed over 30 esteemed guests, including Monty Luke and Sam Goku. She’s also the founder of the FLINTA* collective V.A. Femme*, championing inclusivity and representation in electronic music.
