Continuing our recent run of Manchester centric blog entries, we return ahead of Friday night’s Hit & Run hosted Room three takeover with a mix from a producer who’s very much of the rise within his postcode. A beat maker who’s fingerprints can be found all over the music featured in the Levels collective (a group of Manny MCs who recently took to YouTube to drop their first warning shot), Metrodome’s also been working closely with Zed Bias, reportedly making a multitude of styles alongside him. Best described as a prodigious talent who’s been DJing in clubs since he was 10 years old, people say he’s able to play any instrument put in front of him and on the evidence of his 35 minute mix, it’s pretty safe to assume that he’s also a guy who enjoys R&B songs, the work of Prince and errrm... comedies starring Ted Danson.
