New Mutual Mix installment by our friend Jannis Choppin. It's a nice one and a half hour journey through one decade of Japanese House and related Electronic music released between 1988 and 1998. The Münich native is a big fan of both Japanese cuisine and music, but also Ikigai, which for those who don't already know, is a mindset and philosophy used to help people get the most out of their lifes while being able to both contribute to society and focus on their own passions and skills.

Listen out for Guchon! I recently learned about him as he had a release on the same label as my latest EP. He’s a really sick producer and DJ from Tokyo 🇯🇵

In terms of Australian artists, I’ve included D. Tyrone’s edit of Kylie Minogue’s ‘Padam Padam’! Dirk makes amazing edits and music, and is probably one of my favourite artists in Aus! Oh, I also included a hot track from DJ Life in here too - I love how his music makes me feel like I’m underwater (in the best way!)

I’ve also included one of my all-time fav club tracks, ‘Passion (A Tin Tin Out Mix)’. It has to be one of the ultimate dance classics that is pure euphoria. Give me a high string, stabby keys, and a vocal chant any day.” - @dawsdj
