Who are Non-Operational People? We're just getting to grips with it. But this (at least to us) anonymous collective are here releasing a stonker of a three-tracker on Berlin label, @Vakant. 

We could have chosen any of that trio, but our favourite of the bunch happens to be "Octogonal Library," providing otherwordly tribal beats and spacey synths. Bongo beats with a twinge of acid aren't elements you'd first connect with techno, but it certainly works in N-O's favour. Just the right amount of psychedelic flavour from the label otherwise known for its minimal sensibilities.
