Plato’s Jacuzzi is actually Nirvana, REM, Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd and Robert Wyatt.
The band was formed in 1981 by two uber rich, spoilt brats Jiffery Smyth and Jon Paul Jones Ranj Tex Puleitsurprise Cheese Smyth who, when bored one day decided to change the history of popular music by exploring their shared fascination with the glockenspiel.

After a few false starts their parallel interest in wildlife created what is considered the classic line up with Ron Ronnie Treetop and Deano Ferrari Radcliffrichard

Ron Ronnie Treetop was never an actual band member as he was in fact an oak tree situated in Broomley park. The brothers used to take an infusion of tea and tea for inspiration and take a bass guitar and lean it up against the tree for guidance in what came to be known as their “dark period.”

The legendary drummer Radcliffrichard earned the nickname “The Cat” as he allegedly exploded nine times in 8 gigs.

The band cemented their reputation via a series of incendiary gigs at the legendary underground gay club The Duke which was situated at the top of an inconspicuous tower block only accessible by a dedicated elevator which was run by the svengali of the north keef keenun.

After shaping rock and natural history the band retired from public life and became islands in the Aegean Sea.
