MANIAC is an Alternative Rock Band based out of Brooklyn, NY. The project stems from the collaboration between Indie Producer song-writer Lester Platt and Blackstar fellow rapper and writer with the great collab of Dj Madness in the LP's. The band set out to create music with an eclectic twist, bridging the gaps between musical genres and refusing to get stuck in a box when it comes to their musical ideas! Their debut release, "Fever", is an EP featuring 5 tracks that showcase influences as diverse as The XX, and Damon Albarn's Gorillaz.
