When it comes to DJ’ing Township Rebellion are regular faces in the German club and festival scene, often rocking crowds in the thousands with their perfectly crafted sets.

Nach zwei Wochen mehr oder weniger offline … bin ich wieder erfrischt aus dem Urlaub zurück --- mit im Gepäck hab ich einen wunderbaren Mix von Georgia Girl oder GG wie sich liebevoll genannt wird. Auf diese wunderbare Künstlerin hat mich mein Freund Alex aufmerksam gemacht der mir immer die besten Minimal Sachen zusammensucht … an dieser Stelle mal ein großes Dankeschön an Alex für seinen grandiosen Musikgeschmack.

GG aus London hat eine große Leidenschaft für das schwarze Gold. Nicht umsonst hat sich über 6 Jahre im Blackmarket Records/BM Soho gearbeitet und dort ihre umfangreiche Plattensammlung verfeinert und ausgebaut. Sie ist ein wahrer Kenner der elektronische Musik was Sie auch dazu bringt bei mehreren Radiosendungen ihre Leidenschaft einzubringen … unter anderem bei Rinse FM, RTS.FM, Hoxton FM und Project London Radio. Als DJ Frau ist sie viel unterwegs hat schon in Rom und Berlin gewohnt und in legendären Clubs wie fabric oder dem Club der Visionäre gespielt. Im Club der Visionäre ist sie unter anderem am 14.09. anzutreffen … sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. 

Für meine Nummer 122 hat sie tief in ihrer Plattensammlung gekramt und wunderbare Perlen für diesen umwerfenden Boat-Trip zusammengestellt. Dubby, Groovy und wunderbar verspielt mit leichten Ethnoeinflüssen und einem grandiosen Stimmungsbogen – genau wie ich es liebe ;-)

GG thousand thanks for your boundless love of music…

Und nun liebe Hörer wünsch ich euch einen schöne Boat-Trip mit GG … sonnigen Spätsommer gewünscht …
