In our 9th instalment of the Audiología project, Founding Resident @artromusic present Diego Calix from the central American country el Salvador. Two hours of flawless inspiration curated by these two talents, Artro with a trajectory established as a musician, producer and Diego Calix, growing fast and already with a proper and distinctive sound. Here comes my recording from the Hot Situations event in New York City, US in May 2023.
It was my first time DJing so far away from Germany and I had such a good time. Apart from that, after a week in this amazing city with so many great people and overwhelming impressions - I am more than grateful.

The closest active galaxy to our home planet, Centarurus A is apparently the result of a cosmic proportions collision. Near the galaxy's center, left over cosmic debris is steadily being consumed by a central black hole with a billion times the mass of the Sun.

Fictiv, a mysterious duo born out of the passion for house music, presents its soulful side, filled up with classic deep house cuts and layered groove. After listening to their mix, we can say there is hope for emotion driven electronic music on the dance floor.

It is precisely in times like these that we realize that nothing is taken for granted, not even a late-afternoon beer in the company of your closest friend at one of the most iconic Berlin's spot, the Hoppettose. In fact, the infamous boat - alongside CDV - has been one of the favourites Triptease's location to perform their amazing live set made by using midi and electric guitars (Hugo and Francesco), modular synthesizers and drum machines (Topper), synthesizers and samplers (Jacopo) and a vast array of eFX pedals they create a soundscape completely fresh while retaining the signature sound of the city they call home. This session comes from last September, where the four Italian gringos invited their friend Yonatan Levi, making the atmosphere even more unique and exceptional. Enjoy the moment...
