Having been a permanent fixture at Sunwaves for some time now, Romanian maestro Cezar is regularly called upon to put the finishing touches to the bi yearly marathon. For the huge 30th anniversary edition he was slap bang in the middle of the long weekend nestled in-between Rhadoo and Petre Insperescu.
