Themes; Isolation, Bitterness, Fresh Start, New Life/Beginnings.
Composition; Pop, almost uplifting first verse in spite of the lyrics followed by a full bodied repetitive chorus. The second verse is stripped down to atmospheric keys and vocal, then the bouncy pop theme returns leading to a big final chorus. Outro use the same chords with an alternative choppy rhythm representing the subjects unstable/busy mind.
