Milk & Honey is the latest result of the long-lasting friendship / collaboration between the two eclectic minds behind playmob.il and silent neighbor. While both have been involved in different ways in each other‘s projects over the years, Milk & Honey is the first track that has actually been co-written by the two.
playmob.il’s signature production style embeds silent neighbor‘s voice in a mind- bending soundscape and together they tell the gloomy tale of an isolated existence. The story of a life controlled by grim fatalism and self-fulfilling prophecies of decay. And finally, the comfortless dream of leaving it all behind and escaping into cold consumerism and mind-numbing luxury. “Flee with me / Come be with me / Where milk and honey flow”

'pearls pt.1' started out as a jam while touring together. it is a deep, low and powerful discussion of inner circumstances. the voices appear in an unexpected manner and merge with a unique production of distorted organs and drums. After 'Who Killed the Shark' it is the next step in a long lasting friendship.

An Enthralling Electro-Pop Journey through Emotions and Time: "Equation" is a captivating song that takes us on a unique stylistic trip back to the musical world of the 90s and 2000s. 
The studio version dazzles after numerous live performances, combining harmonious melodies, captivating rhythms, and profound lyrics. The song constitutes Part 3 of the upcoming EP titled "74."

Equation

In a unique way "Wasteland" combines a raw blues aesthetic with nervous electro and dubstep sounds. What begins with a conventional steel-string guitar soon drifts into a frenzy of raving synthesizers and pounding bass.  Fabe Vega's vocals carry some of the urgency of Seattle grunge.  The antithesis of the much-vaunted blues authenticity, the track looks out for lost visions of the future in the sounds of the lost rave hopes of the 1990s.

With "Big Blur" playmob.il ventures into the elegant world of the glamorous stars and starlets of Hollywood, or any other parallel universe. Unreal synthesizers mix with lush chords, an agile bass invites you to dance. Red carpet, limousines, swimming pool, glamour and champagne blend into a blurry picture. Just keep dancing, you can think about it later.
