Infectiously rhythmic, varied, primitive sounds from a person who’s been making some of my favorite music of the last decade. Those who spend the time connecting the dots between his various projects are in for a realll treat. This one feels like a subconscious (or maybe intentional?) selection of songs that highlight many of the lovable things about his productions, explored through the lens of music across a spectrum of time and moods.

About a year ago we started working on this project with much love and big visions. From the first day on it was important to us to share music by artists who inspire us. Therefore we are more than happy to celebrate one year HYPNAUGHTIC with a mix by Hydrangea.

Hydrangea is a French electronic music producer, doing techno music inspired by nature and its surroundings. She began producing music in 2014, influenced mainly by the deep and hypnotic Italian techno. Her tracks can be found on labels such Annulled Music imprint, which has released Hydrangea‘s debut album, Semantica and many more. This month comes her track „Half Awake“ on the Rhythm Büro V.A. in vinyl.

She recorded a perfect balanced, progressive and hypnotic mix for our series, which will set you in a meditative state of mind.
