Taken from live recordings of a mammoth 5 +hour set at the fabled Treehouse in Miami, the mix is aptly extended across 3 CDs and 41 tracks, enthralling the listener at every turn. With each section invoking a new tone, Digweed continues to showcase cutting edge underground electronic music at its very best, and validates his incomparable status as one of the worlds finest DJs. Digweeds latest opus takes the listener on a sonic journey through a perfectly crafted soundscape, blending multiple genres with ease. Featuring productions from seasoned veterans such as Nicole Moudaber, Robert Babicz and Alan Fitzpatrick, intertwined with those of up-and-coming producers such as Locked Groove, Gardens of God and Luna Semara, Digweed continues to express his love for fresh and contemporary forward-thinking electronic music. This love is translated into a collection of tracks that demonstrate an unmitigated understanding of underground dance music, a selection that proves Digweed as significant a DJ as ever. When Neon was originally released on Datapunk in 2006, it was a landslide. Being championed by Sven Väth for ages (and being one of the tracks that were the soundtrack to his notorious vocal performance at Time Warp that very year) - it was the track that ultimately cemented Gregor´s status as one of the main representatives for a new breed of Techno producers by inventing a trademark sound that shaped the path to the future. With the original recording being carefully remastered in Ljubljiana by Gregor Zemljic with greatest precision, this new version brings that trademark sound to life once again - or has it ever been away really?

On the flipside we have a remix by another notorious heavyweight: Butch! His version, originally sketched not so long after the original came out, takes the melodies of the original track to the housier floors. When Butch sent his version to Gregor a little bit over a year ago it actually established the idea of a re-release.

We believe there probably couldn´t be a better track than Neon to underline the name of our newly founded label: GTO - Gregor Tresher Originals

After 7 years of chart topping hits covering an array of genres, Pleasurekraft have announced the release of their debut album "Friends, Lovers, & Other Constellations" set for release on 23rd February.

Whether treading into electronica with the album's existential bookends; "Interiors" and "Last Transmission", or flexing big-room techno muscles on "The Day the Earth Stood Still" & "Rigel", there is an indelible fingerprint throughout the 11 tracks that merits continuous listens to reveal its multi-layer depth. Filled with cinematic and cosmological references throughout, what makes "Friends, Lovers, & Other Constellations" truly unique is that it is not merely music for a clubbing experience, but something more, something akin to a musical mission statement; To prove that there is more to dance music than just a 4/4 beat, cliche drug references, and party themed vocals. From Casey Gerald's stirring sermon on "G.O.D. (Gospel of Doubt)", to the searingly cynical "Corpse Reviver Number 1", this debut album is wholly visceral on a musical and thematic level.

Having established a firm reputation for creating standout productions since the release of the now iconic "Tarantula", Pleasurekraft's musical evolution has moved towards a much tougher, atmospheric blend of melodic techno in recent years, comprised of big room drums, soaring breaks, and smart, unpredictable vocals. This self-dubbed "cosmic techno" sound has garnered support from a range of techno heavyweights, including Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber & many more.  

While "Friends, Lovers, & Other Constellations" is certainly dressed in full techno regalia, it's pulsing heart yearns toward a greater understanding of the Cosmos, and humanity's place within it.
