Barcelona’s Pau Roca is back with his 2nd release on LA label Pleasure of Love, an EP of cool-hazy balearic house with equal parts sunrise and sunset energy. Roca is a standout in the Barcelona DJ scene, and with his party Libido and labels Escola and Bons Records, he’s established himself as a premiere record collector/DJ and a producer.  


EUPHORIA includes 3 original cuts and a remix from the house legend, Pal Joey.

Euphoria, un EP de 4 pistas compuesto por trazas muy solidas de sonido balear muy fresco, que nos sumerge inmediatamente en una explosión de ritmos eficantes y melodias elegantes marca del catalan. Pau Roca, siemrpe ha destacado en la escena DJ barcelonesa, con su fiesta Libido y los sellos Escola y Bons Records, quien se ha consolidado como un gran coleccionista / DJ y productor de discos de la zona. 

“Hope” es una pieza maestra  con tintes downtempo para los amantes del retro-house atmosférico que nos transporta sin duda, a lo mejor de los 90s. 

El EP "Euphoria" sale el 2 de agosto en vinilo y el 16 de agosto en formato digital. Obra del ilustrador Òscar Medina.

Delivering the goods for mix number 08 is talented producer and selector, COHN! 

COHN is a producer and DJ from London, who has released a number of records on Kitsune, Nervous Records, and recently a belting EP on Mister T records.

This mix was put together as a tribute to Disco from all over the world, incorporating songs from Egypt, India, Europe, and the US. He focused on bringing interesting vinyl releases over traditional House music that gives the set much more of a selector energy when compared to a long club mix. This speaks to the shows he's been playing recently and his shift away from traditional Dance music DJing, towards bringing vibes that are both exploratory and fun.

Islander Cast (#8) - COHN

Atilla and Szilard came together at a rooftop party in Budapest with a shared passion for exploring diverse music genres, and thus, Pleasure Voyage was born in 2018. Their music selections aim to uncover hidden gems, ranging from Balearic house to Afro-funk, deep disco to Italo, and back.

Recently, they released their latest album, AZZURRO, through the renowned Italian record label Quattro Bambole Music. The album is conceptualized as a week-long vacation in Italy, taking listeners on a harmonious journey from jazzy, slower sessions to an italo-jazzy-house oner, 'Summer Voyage' featuring Done.

Their podcast exudes a dynamic beach-clubby atmosphere that perfectly captures their shared passion and energy for music. The beauty of their output is a testament to the power of connection and collaboration, reminding us that great things can happen when we come together with a shared purpose.

Mix of the Week #526: Priz - Passion-Devotion

The Italian brothers Gino and Federico Grasso are bona fide ‘disco don’s’, collecting music for over 30 years and supplying the likes Dimitri From Paris, Sadar Bahar and Volcov with obscure gems. Gino is a familiar face behind the decks in his hometown of Bologna and across Italy, while Federico’s DJing outings are more occasional. Music, passion and knowledge has seen Gino play underground clubs the world over, including Le Souk in NYC and the Bussey Building and Brilliant Corners in London.
