Russian phenom Sound Quelle has contributed greatly to Silk Digital in recent months, with a variety of originals and, most recently, a standout remix of Robert Nickson pres. RNX's "Clear Skies". His diligence in the studio has been graciously rewarded, as his latest works have been featured on many of the world's leading Trance & Progressive radio shows. We're thrilled to present his first EP in collaboration with brother in arms Max Meyer on Silk Royal: a two-track release that features a new original by duo project, "Calypso", as well as an equally anthemic Sound Quelle remix of eleven.five & Meyce's "Explanation".

The title cut by Sound Quelle & Max Meyer offers an irresistibly fun, dancefloor-killing groove, while euphoric vocal stabs unite with radiant chords. The lead vocal and melodic themes are offered space to breathe in the one and only breakdown, followed by an absolutely exhilarating and stadium-thumping drop. 

Sound Quelle's very own remix of "Explanation" kicks off with an aggressive groove, punctuated by echoing "teaser" chords. At the quarter turn, a ferocious, layered lead chord progression triumphantly cuts through the mix. A relatively subdued breakdown builds anticipatory excitement around the climactic drop to follow, a veritable tidal wave of sonic energy.

Sound Quelle & Max Meyer - Calypso (Original Mix) [Silk Royal]

Here at Perplexity Music, we our extremely proud to introduce our first release on the label after months of waiting. As our aim is to become the pinnacle of melodic progressive house music, what better way than to start it of with a tremendous 4 track EP from the sensational Alex H. The Perth based producer has been climbing up the progressive ladder since 2012 & his remarkable talent can be heard instantly so take a moment to revel in the delight that is music for the soul. 

The first release of the EP, "No Turning Back" is a delectable vocal masterpiece that locks into the core of our emotions & expands in our minds. Comprised  up of tantalizing chords that emit solid & crisp sounds, steady kicks & brilliant melodies, the overall atmosphere is one that is vibrant & striking. The soothing warm vocals provided by Mona Moua blend perfectly with the flow of the production & the deliverance of the thought provoking lyrics are conveyed so beautifully.

Next up in this quality package is another out of this world collaboration & again, with another master of melodies that is Netherland sensation Roald Velden. Also having worked together previously, more prominently on Roald's album, the blend of these talents has earned a great following due to the pure emotion & the top notch effort & time they put into their productions. Prepare to delve into a journey of warm, blissful & magical textures that swoop right in the moment you press play. That's right, it really is that astounding.  With the colorful combination of the melodic elements, the superb heart felt sounds flow freely in a mix up relaxed percussion work & sweet piano lines once again. 

Last but not least is a huge collaboration with the gifted French talent James Woods so you know you’re in for a dynamic experience with "Atitlan". Having worked on the smashing release "Guadalupe" earlier this year, the outcome of what these two producers create is an explosion of luscious sound & this time is no different. Keeping with the gorgeous melody arrangements, the signature sounds of both can be heard so remarkably such as the luring piano lines pressed side by side powerful chord progressions. Add in the subtle female harmonized vocals that tie the production together & you have this easy on the ears, laid back production. 

As well as the 3 magnificent productions,  "No Turning Back" also has a dub version which is the last release on the EP & this is for those that want to create their own moving story in the minds & with the melodic elements like more evident, that'll be easy to get lost into. 
This is just an small insight as to what to expect from us so we hope you'll stick around and support us through the exciting times ahead. "She" is a collection of two groovy progressive cuts, presented by our latest Arrival roster addition: UK-based artist Glaue.

The title track takes off with a beautiful atmosphere, including soothing bassline notes, subtle piano stabs, and refreshing percussion elements. Intricate arpeggio melodies emerge in the background, and shortly thereafter, a breathtaking motif builds up slowly. As the song progresses, numerous new melodies are introduced, thereby continuously spell-binding the listener. The B-side, "Vortices", begins with a haunting soundscape, heavily dominated by a mesmerizing bassline and enthralling vocal stems. The energy builds up nicely towards the break, in which intriguing chords make their entrance. Later, enjoyable piano stabs emerge, while various sound effects and mix variations keep the listener inspired.

Well everyone it's once again time to kick off your shoes and kick back to another lavish release from us here at Perplexity music, and wouldn't you know it, we have a superior collab from the likes of progressive legend Roald Velden and upcoming progressive wonder Morrison Kiers. These two both have a true talent for providing euphoric journeys fueled by lush melodies and harmonic pads, and this time around is no exception, as these two wonders have combined their lush styles and created a jaw-dropping new single titled Zonnewende.

Providing some superior talents in the remix department we have resident label artist Bee Hunter serving up some serious summery vibes with his signature beach laden sound, bringing some pumping chords and chuggy bass to the mix to give this original a bit more bounce.

We are also very delighted to showcase a remix from rising Canadian producer jav3x, who takes this original and gives it a nice injection of progressive power and drive, while maintaining a solid melodic approach that surely will cater to many progressive loving needs out there.

Last but in no way least we have the increasingly popular German producer Soundslogic, who without a doubt took all the beauty of this original and added a strong club worthy energy to the mix, thus supplying this release with the perfect finishing touch if we do say so ourselves.
