‘Sagan’ is a groovy and melancholic vintage Olander creation that draws inspiration from what could be a 90s video game theme. The track will immerse dance floors in soaring arpeggios that descend into a tranquil breakdown and culminate with a drop laden with classy textures and mischievous FX detailing. ‘Sagan’ represents the playful and boundary-pushing side of Jeremy at its best, and is more than worthy of soundtracking the return to clubs and festivals worldwide.

Back at Uxoa Dutxa Elite the Zurck-X duo presents an original production entitled Live Form with remixes by Di Rugerio and Gabriel Castillo.

Live Form is a sublime track beginning in a progressive way with a simple drums while a sequence guides us to the main theme where a powerful bass joins in the background creating an impressive melodic piece, colorful and full of life.

Di Rugerio made the first remix starting with a simple base in the same way on the drums with shiny shakers keeping the original sequence in the background and adding new rhythmic elements in the bassline making it more danceable and reinforcing the melodies with a mighty Moog Sub 37.

Finally, Gabriel Castillo reinterprets in the same spectacular way, keeping the main melodies and giving it a mystical touch with organic sounds in the background where they can be better appreciated in the break, managing the rhythm very well.

The 28th release on Plethora Muzik comes from the Spanish House Music legend 'Jose Rives' with the E.P 'Walking Alone'.
It includes collaborations with 'Humo','Jose Rodriguez' and features a thought provoking speech from 'Abdon'.

The release is supported with a remix from the talented Spanish producers 'Yon-x' and 'Shemsu'.

The Original Mix of 'Walking Alone (feat. Abdon) and collaboration with 'Humo' is a composition that provides a blend of Deep House and Techno influences throughout. 
The track is enhanced by the deep under lying bassline, percussive samples, atmospheric keys; ever increasing build up's and perfectly overlaid vocal speech from 'Abdon'.

The 'Yon-x' and 'Shemsu' Remix provides a Tribal, Techno edged interpretation with its emotive structure, transient overlaid riffs and percussion that build the track dynamically. 
The subliminal rolling bass line & seamless transitions throughout, give the rework that darker edge.

The release is further enhanced with the Extended Mix and collaboration with 'Jose Rodriguez' that delivers an up-tempo progressive annotation with its punchy bass line and melodic, mesmeric keys. 
A deeply absorbing hypnotic sound sculpture that is enriched by Abdons vocals.

The concluding Dub Mix of 'Walking Alone' and collaboration with 'Jose Rodriguez' delivers an up-tempo progressive annotation using the theme of the Extended Mix, ensures that you are totally absorbed and tonally locked in throughout the track.

Following the release of “Quintessence Vol. 4”, Inner Symphony is releasing the Remix Edition; a further exploration into the themes and ideas introduced in the original version.

The release begins with a Rustboy remix of Soul Button’s “Synchronicity”, taking the melodic theme of the original and placing it into a more percussive soundscape. Tamas Skafar’s remix of “Papicha” by Mashk, follows a steady track that blends smoothly into the next song which is a remix of his own track, “Farewell Gift” done by James Marley. The fourth track, Anders.’ “Toulouse”, remixed by Soul Button, plunges immediately into a positive, high energy state. Rustboy’s own track “Fermi Paradox”, is then remixed by SEVN, who gives a more ethereal touch to the original. The release closes off with “Valhalla” by James Marley, remixed by Anders. and “Solace” by SEVN remixed by Mashk. Both remixes give to the originals a delicate feel as they evolve between uplifting and melancholy tones.

This detailed Remix Edition invites multiple listens, taking the mood from the previous release and giving an entirely different approach to the Quintessence series.

DJs come in all shapes and sizes, some have personalities to match their physique; are the centre of attention, the life and soul of the party. Others are more reserved and let the music do the talking for them. Steve Marx is a firebrand. Introverted and self-deprecative in public but loud and exciting behind the decks. 

For over 20 years his passionate spirit and encyclopedic knowledge of the music has made him an international sensation in two vastly different scenes - London and Sydney.

Since the late 80s, Steve has been a raver. Starting out in front of the booth he quickly became seduced to step up to the ones and twos and create his own musical soundscapes.

Moving to London in the 90s, he was surrounded by the vibrant music scene at a time of momentous change. Globally recognised brands such as Renaissance and Ministry of Sound were his introduction where he quickly became a trusted guest DJ, progressing to slots all over Europe playing alongside the likes of Sasha, Nick Warren and more.

His own nights - Synchronize - with friends, Ben and Francis were his launch pad upon which everything was built and it was his passion for being a resident that cemented his place in a busy scene full of superstars. Often preferring the closing sets, Steve would work the room to perfection. Then home beckoned and he returned to Australia, triumphant.

Steve took some time away for himself for a few years, but the desire to DJ was always there in the back of his mind. In 2016, he made his comeback teaming up with fellow London scenester returned, Damien Gelle who now ran T-1000 Events, supporting John Digweed.

The following year, requests from Hernan Cattaneo (who now insists Steve always supports him when he comes to Sydney) and an impromptu back to back with Dutch maestro Eelke Kleijn ensured his return to form was nothing short of epic.

Firmly re-established in the Sydney scene with a long running dance music show on Bondi Beach radio and regular appearances for Return to Rio, Boots and Catz and more, it’s safe to say the road ahead for Steve Marx is wide open with green lights as far as his eyes can see!
