This is the second release for the AUTOMATS on SHOES spin off PLIMSOLL, once again paying homage to the sounds of P&P with four fresh retakes of Cloud One's 'Don't let my rainbow pass me by'.
The AUTOMATS original hooks onto a spacey mid-tempo groove with thick low end chopped filters and sneakily builds itself into a proper chugger for the second half.

A collaborative re-edit between myself and Plimsoll Records' very own, Mat Hoods.  I loved the original but wanted to do something with it to enhance the undulating space funk feel.  Mat came in at the bare bones stage and helped out with tons of synth work and sequencing magic to result in this.  We really hope you like it.

MR Presents "Keep Her Happy" 

Heres my take on the Phillip Wright's classic piece of relationship advice set to a killer disco groove. The A-side edit by MR (check the Plimsoll Records label page) is a perfect loop and extend job, whereas I turned it into a dub (no vocal) with afro inspired rhythms and a great slow burn.
