I thought it would be useful to outline some of the legal aspects of this controversy. Most people are focusing on the copyright issues even though their reactions touch on a different one: unlawful competition. 

I may have erroneously stated that Woolworths signed off on their range in November 2011. This should have been November 2012. They approached Ms Roets in early 2013.
