Plot Armour’s music is intense – heavy guitars, driving drums and psychedelic soundscapes fronted by an expressive rock shaman. One could identify elements from different genres, such as the down-tuned heaviness of doom metal and stoner rock, the dreamy wall of sound from shoegaze and the atmospheric soundscapes of psychedelic rock, mixed with the harsh noise of industrial. However, Plot Armour is a mood rather than a genre. 
Plot Armour creates a wall of sound – heavy and massive, but at the same time meditative and beautiful. The guitars float in airy spheres as well as brutal and heavy layers of noise, the bass pulsates mechanically yet organically in the abyss, while the drums are a primal force driving the groove forwards. Roar, the frontman, is a charismatic narrator, leading the audience through emotions, stories and existential echoes with a magnetic presence – incarnating different personas, from gloomy prophets to hallucinating heroes, reflecting the themes of the songs and atmospheres painted by the sound. His voice spans intimate whispers and soul-wrenching roars while his body is like a living instrument caught in the music’s transformative dark waves.
A gig with Plot Armour is not merely heard – it is felt. Heavy, raw, alluring, and beautiful.
The musicians hail from bands that defined the underground in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the 90s – Gigandhi, Lob of Lemmings and Unveiled – as well as American Slave Grave and the Casket Girls. The four members had a break from music, but music was not quite done with them! Hence, they came together in a new constellation across their old bands. Tougher, heavier, and more experienced. This music is lived and felt.
