Recorded in Los Angeles, “Memory Allocations” explores themes of transformation, love, displacement, and digital decay. With a meticulous attention to sound design and sequencing, Ramleak enlisted renowned synth expert Hannes Bieger and audio wizard Nick Poortman for mixing, with mastering from Berlin’s Brian Sanhaji at Calyx Mastering. The album opens with the remix of “Dimensions” by Ian Edward, a meditative dark blend of lush pads, submerged percussion, and melodic threads that hint at the expansive themes to come. Its companion piece, the original version of “Dimensions,” propels forward as a driving, club-ready burner, featuring potent drums with an eerie atmosphere. “Feel So Hot” combines ominous pulsing vocals with driving basslines and hypnotic rhythms, evoking pure sweat and catharsis.

“Wistma” introduces a straight forward peak-time ready track, containing haunting textured vocals that dissolve into the foreground. On “Acclivity,” Ramleak blends techno with the soul-stirring spoken word of Detroit's funk magician Nadir Omowale, creating one of the album’s most anthemic and powerfully charged moments. The mood turns darker with “Strainge,” a low slung synth groove full of tension and distortion, followed by “Choose Love,” a hard hitting, mantra driven piece rooted in optimism and intention. Chris Miranda’s remix of “Raydol” strips down and reassembles a previous work into a layered, introspective techno journey, while “Pinea” drifts through a haze of nostalgic textures and fragmented melodies. “Sleigh Queen” brings a playful, seasonal touch, complete with holiday sleigh bells, flamboyant flair and a vocal that encourages all of the queens to slay. The uplifting “Waves of Love” blends washed out vocals and radiant synths into pure love and connection. The album closes with “Vibe” (TechnoFam LA Mix), a warehouse ready statement that brings Ramleak’s vision full circle — unfiltered, potent and unafraid to explore new aural and emotional possibilities.

Overview
Jeff Mills’ “The Bells” is one of the most iconic tracks in techno history, often called the genre’s anthem. Known for its hypnotic bell melody, driving kick, and euphoric build, it became a staple in DJ sets worldwide. The track was first played live by Mills in 1995 (e.g., at Liquid Room in Tokyo), but it wasn’t officially released until 1997 as part of the Kat Moda EP on his Purpose Maker label.
