Anything describes the two perspectives I've felt looking back on a previous relationship, with the first half showing the arrogance I felt at the time and second showing the regret and shame since that passed.

We're all too busy getting caught up in our jobs and to-do lists to be able to spend time with those most important. But on those days when it's all too much, knowing they'll be there for me and I'll see them again soon, makes it alright. When I feel lost, they make me found.

This one goes out to every kid who can be a full time musician making no money because daddy pays all their bills, as they get years with no responsibilities to pay for playlist spots, pay for gig spots and expect to be handed success. I'm not judging money, but damn it is a shame that so much of modern music is just a playground for rich kids with family connections
