This has been plucked from the manual of ethereal reflective soundscapes but under pinned with an aggressive yet subtle drum and bass groove to great effect. The Keys are simple, gentle yet expressive, mainly four chords though-out. It is spiritually observational, thanks, from the heart of experience leading to deep recognition and praise in the climatic bubbling over of soul at the end of this heavenesque tune. Lovely and tasteful fusion of Eddy style samples and mighty live playing.

Fusion tune combining old school drum samples with more up tempo hip hop/funkesque live drums. Ed Dunn bringing ancient samples, structure and ornamental meatiness in intro and rap section as well as in verses. Powerful female vox underpinned by an deep driven snakish bassline meanders through the verse with straight hard and tense guitar/keys stabs. Great message to those who have ventured out relationally into the dubious. A call to get back to what had a positive impact in your life.

I recorded this at 2am in the morning, after a gig or something, at least 8 years ago.  The only actual words written was the chorus and the rest (random nonsensical) words were just what was on my lips when i opened my mouth.  Will right some words one day.
