Originally flipped by my best friend NVNO 97 from an A$AP Rocky sample, this track already had that raw, unfiltered energy. For the remix, I shifted the drums into a Urban Kiz x Shatta fusion—giving it a deeper swing and more dancefloor intention without losing the original grit.

It’s heavy and hypnotic at the same time. The bounce is still there, but now it moves in waves. This one’s for the late-night cyphers, the experimental freestylers, and the dancers who feel every bar in their chest

Originally written and performed by my friend Wavylilo, Phases explores the emotional tides we move through in relationships, identity, and self-reflection. Her voice carries raw honesty, layered over rich harmonies and soulful textures.

For this remix, I wanted to keep the vulnerability of her performance intact while shifting the rhythm—changing the drums to bring a deeper, body-led groove. The new beat adds a smooth Urban Kiz flow without losing the song’s original intimacy.

The original Messy felt like emotional chaos wrapped in smooth melodies—raw, honest, and beautifully unfiltered. When I heard it, I didn’t want to change the story—just the setting.

For this remix, I gave it a more Urban Kiz-influenced drum pattern, letting it flow with intention while keeping the tension and vulnerability intact. The remix leans into the mess—in a way that invites you to dance through it, not run from it.

It’s moody, grounded, and made for the kind of partner dancing that tells a whole story without saying a word.

An emotional narrative told through rhythm, shadow, and sweat.

This mixtape is a memoir I couldn’t write—so I remixed it instead.

Crafted during a season of transition and performed at the tail end of Rhode Island’s only Kizomba weekender, “I Didn’t Say It, I Danced It” is my late-night truth told in basslines, breathwork, and memory. Every track here is a chapter in a story I never got to finish with words—only with movement.

I flipped and remixed these tracks to carry the tension between grief and flirtation, loneliness and surrender, stillness and searching. It’s Urban Kiz, Zouk, and emotional storytelling woven through sound.

This is a remix of Holding On by Fyfe, I sampled and cut up a drum beat from a track i made when i was 17 and  just started grooving to the simple pads drums and vocals. This is another one of those made the song in a few hours and never really went back to it. I like to keep them simple from time to time

Within YinYang Kiz, he furthers cultural education and community-building through dance, sharing the pulse of Kizomba, Urban Kiz, and Tarraxinha with intention and heart.
